Great Dunkin they could always use more staffing tho but the women there do amazing everyday to get our coffee out to us.
Terrible service they never know what your mobile order is even though they get a print out of it. The employees all just stand around and talk to each other instead of serving customers. Terrible Dunkin would not recommend to anyone.
Morning crew is excellent! They know my order without me telling them and are always friendly!
Also thanks for providing them $16/hr to start and actually give them a livable wage! 🙂
Order mic didn't work, were out of most things, ordered and waited for about 10 minutes for food, told multiple times it would be ready soon, only to be handed the bag that had been sitting there for 5 minutes, I'd drive farther to find a different dunkin next time.
The lady that was working today was totally wasted. Took forever. She asked me twice what I ordered. Then never took my money.
Went to this Dunkin at about 1:00pm today. I ordered three sandwiches and a coffee. It’s just about impossible to get a good cup of coffee in the valley. I don’t like Dunkin as it is, but it’s even worse in this town. I placed an order before 7:30 this morning, and it still was not completed by 7:50. Starbucks will have my order perfect and ready in 3-5 minutes. Something I ordered
