Another Sunday adventure into Schenectady found me at Hunter's on Jay. So glad I stopped. Had heard about the beer selection and good food. Did not disappoint! 20 taps and many of them local. Tried an array of different beers; from sours to stouts. Ordered the wings with hot and garlic parm mixed. They were delicious. Crispy, saucy and spicy. Zach the bartender was incredible! Extremely personable and very beer saavy. He made me feel at home as well as the customers there ranging in age from younger to older. Great "secret" neighborhood spot. Will definitely be back to try more menu items and beers.

Friendly, cozy, neighborhood bar. Zach the bartender is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Both times we have been in we sat at the bar and enjoyed chatting with him. Menu is small but yummy. They grill the wraps so they are crispy on the outside, one of the best wraps I've had. Will definitely go back!
This is the kind of place where "everybody knows your name". The bartenders are super friendly, they have a great selection of beers and ciders on tap, and the wings are delicious! Its our regular spot and we'll keep coming back for the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere.
I recently went to Hunters for wings and drinks and it was great. The service was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back.
