The food and the staff (including those hiding in the kitchen) are awesome! This is my Saturday afternoon place to eat. Stop by, try a dish, pick a spice level, and enjoy great Thai food.

Clean, vegetarian friendly, very sweet staff, delicious food. Love this place!
I have been going to Siam Cuisine for years. No better place to have Thai / Lao food and the folks there have always been sweet to me and my out of town friends
The customer service and quality of food is an A+++. In addition, they have a variety of gluten free food items upon request.
We absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh, light, and flavorful! Great portion for a great price. The wait staff and employees are always so sweet and attentive. Please dont change a single thing, Siam!
Just had my first Pad Se Ew dish in TX...could be the best I ever had. My wife got the beef Panang and thats always excellent.
The food is outstanding and service is great! Highly recommend this place if you enjoy authentic Thai food. ☺
There is no better thai food place in the US. Period.
Truly authentic.
AJ prepares each dish with meticulous care.
Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.
Choose heat level carefully. For the adventurous, try AJ hot, if you dare. Medium is my favorite.
Great food. Great wait staff.
Excellent food and friendly staffs. Great atmosphere and very clean.
Found my new favorite place. Even during lunch rush, Food for was precise and not overly spicy. Order was quick with awesome customer service. Order was made to spec's with my requested variance. See ya soon.
Best Thai food restaurant in the 50-mile radius! Just writing this review made me hungry for their curry yum!!!! :)
I drive 2 hours to get there to eat and that's just one way!
Best food, let alone Thai, I've ever had. Unadulterated, non Americanized and cooked to order. This place fills my belly and manages to feed my soul as well.
Great atmosphere. Food is delicious. Staff is polite and helpful. Very clean. Tables are nicely set up. Light background music.
Very elegant Thai food. Wish it weren't so far away from us. Absolutely delicious food and servicve is spot on.
Awesome service and by far the best Thai food around. The atmosphere is very relaxing. We will definitely come back☺
This place is almost worth the long drive to the next county. Easily the best Thai food I've had (and I assume as authentic as any; having never been to Thailand...). The restaurant sits in a strip center just off I-35, behind Wal-Mart, and takes up slightly more than one standard-sized section. It's nicely decorated in a minimalist style, with a high reddish-brown ceiling and visible struts and ducts. The walls are a pleasant cream colour with a large abstract woodcarving on one side, and two on the other. A few other decorations, some of a Thai-Grandma-Moses sort, complete the tasteful ensemble.
The service was very good overall, though there seemed to be a couple of delays, primarily after the third service person asked about our drink orders, and before the check came. At the time it seemed inexplicable and portentous; now it seems insignificant.
One particular aspect I much liked about the menu was the inclusion of three regional samplers for two, offering people like me, who enjoy Thai cuisine but haven't had a wide enough experience of it, the chance to try several dishes in a single meal. We opted for the "Bangkok" selection. This gave us a choice of two appetizers and three entrées. From a list of five or six of each, we chose cheese rolls and gai tod as our appetizers, and gai pad gartiem, pad woon sen, and gaeng ekow waan as our entrées. (There's also a helpful glossary on the back of the menu; I'd always thought that "pad" meant "noodles"; it doesn't.) The entrées were served with a substantial bowl of white rice.
The cheese rolls were very small and very crispy, with a smooth texture and very little flavour other than cream cheese and fryer oil. If there was crab in them -- as there must have been, according to the menu -- it was unremarkable. The gai tod was not memorable; three days later I can't recall it at all. But I'm sure it must have been good, because if it wasn't I KNOW I'd remember that. Both appetizers were served with a sweet peanut sauce that was good but too strong for the innate flavours of the chosen dishes. I'd rate our choices at three chili peppers out of five.
Pad woon sen has been my favourite Thai dish for almost as long as I've been eating Thai food. This restaurant's version, made with pork (our choice) was very good, though probably not the best I've ever had. Let's call it three and a half chili peppers out of five.
Gai pad gartiem was chicken grilled or pan-fried in a garlic and soy sauce. It was good, but unremarkable; easily the least enjoyable of the three entrées we had.
The best -- and I mean that absolute best -- was gaeng keow waan, a chicken stew in a thick green curry sauce that pleased us both to no end. It had a hint of piquancy, just enough to be pleasantly noticeable, and was so boldly flavourful that it put the other two good dishes to shame. This is the dish I would recommend to anyone who likes a good curry, and if I ever make the long drive back to Comal County for dinner, this is the dish I will likely order.
The prices were about what you would expect to pay for ordinary Thai food; given the very high quality of preparation here, and the reasonable though not extravagant portion sizes, I'll say they were better than average.
THE CURMUDGEON'S RATINGS:
FOOD: 4 1/2 chili peppers (out of 5)
SERVICE: 4 chili peppers
AMBIENCE: 4 chili peppers
VALUE: 3 1/2 chili peppers
Amazing Pad Thai! It doesn't matter If you're a picky eater or not, you can't go wrong with it..)) Chicken or shrimp, who cares!! Both are delicious!!!!
Great place for authentic Thai food noodle dishes. The wait staff were very knowledgeable and helpful about the dishes offered. I would also recommend the fried ice cream for dessert.
I've traveled far, I've traveled wide. I have never found a better Thai restaurant. Their portions are generous and the staff is extremely friendly. Their pad thai is, hands down the best I have ever had. Rather than being drowned in the usual oily red sauce, the noodles are light and tangy. The heat builds with each bite, and the next bite tastes better than the last. I, unfortunately, moved away from the area for school but there is not a day that goes by that I don't think about their delicious food. For years I have been searching for this restaurant's equal but I have yet to find it. I can't even find recipes online that come close; I guess I will just have to make the visit down to satisfy my craving. PS: Where can I find out how to make the delicious chicken broth soup served as an appetizer at lunch time? It was so light and simple, yet bursting with savory flavor. Please tell me what it was called so that I can learn to make it!
Ate there on Mother's Day, had a bit of a wait but it was absolutely worth it. Anything with red curry sauce is absolutely delicious! The staff are so friendly and accomadating! I've been here several times and will continue, the food is just amazing!!
BEST CRAB RAGOON hands down! The dipping sauce is absolutlu delish. I am a huge Thai fan and have been searching for a new favorite place after moving from Chicago. I will defiantly be back, service is great and the restaurant is very clean.
My local favorite!. If you haven't tried this you are missing out on some of the best Thai food in Texas! There is a dish for all taste preferences and spice tolerances. Whether you're visiting or live within driving distance you can't miss this great food. Great flavors, fantastic staff, very clean, and always comfortable.
Tod mun goong. Good food good service
This place is excellent! Good food and even better service. They were even accommodating to our 2 year old, who is pretty rowdy. Really liked this place, totally worth the 30 minute drive.
Fresh & Convenient. I work in this area, but rarely get out for lunch. There are so many fast food joints on this corner at I-35 that it was great to find a gem of a Thai restaurant. The Pad Ke Mao is outstanding. So fresh and filling. Service is excellent when you're at lunch, and the prices are reasonable. The cheese rolls (not sure what they are properly called) are excellent and the pre-meal soup has nice flavor. Repeat customer!
Excellent! Would definitely go again!
Amazing curry !! Love this place.
I Don't Always Write Reviews.. But When I Do. As the title alludes, I don't always write review, in fact I NEVER write reviews. But I ordered up some Panang (Red Curry with Chicken) and I am dumb founded. I have never tasted a better Red Curry then this. This was my first time being at Siam Cuisine so I couldn't give too much detail on the decor, though when I walked in to pick up my food I could tell it was classy and cozy.
I will never go anywhere else for thai food again. It is absolutely delicious even from the beginning. When I opened my small bowl (again this was a to go order) they even "plated" it nicely. It was beautiful with a single large bell pepper and seasoning on the top of the soupy coconut milk just after they made it to make it look delicious. It also didn't have too many bell peppers. I have been to quite a few thai places that drown the food in bell peppers to fill up the bowl. There was only a single bell pepper piece and that's all it needed. Finally there was quite a bit of chicken in there and I was quite happy with it, it also had nuts in there which had a fantastic contrast to the chewy chicken pieces.
Finally the sauce. The curry sauce. Usually I am kind of a dumpster when it comes to food, but I found myself savoring the sauce and I could not get enough of this curry.
Well played Siam, I am going to you every time I want thai.
Awesome!!!. The food and the atmosphere in this place were pleasantly surprising. I was a little worried when we pulled up to a strip mall for dinner, but my husband assured me I would not be disappointed. True to his word, this is by far the best Thai food I have ever eaten. The staff is friendly and helpful offering suggestions and making recommendations. We tried a little bit of everything to get an idea of the cuisine, A1, the cheese rolls, were crispy and light; ES9, Panang is a red curry with coconut milk, we got it with chicken, was delicious, thick and perfect with the steamed rice. Last we tried their most popular noodle dish SN1 which is made with a ramen type noodle, carrots, celery, cabbage and your choice of meat, and let me say wow! So don't let the location fool you, the food here is so good we drive nearly 45 mins out of town just to eat here and we have been back 4 times in the past month.
AWESOME!! great tasty food, so much Rich delicious and authentic flavor! Menu has so much to choose from. Service, well they treat you like a your a guest at their home, super friendly and very attentive. One of my favorites hands down and I've been all over.
The meal was quite nice :) Just some advice, order medium spice even if you love spicy things. My only problem was that the jasmine tea came in tea bags and they left it steeping the whole time so you had to take it out yourself. It turned bitter and was not high quality.

Addicted to this place! Loved the won ton soup, spring rolls, ramen noodle dish, pad Thai, and another dish I can't remember the name for. It had crystal noodles, chicken, veggies, and egg. Deeelish!
I've picked up take out once which they pack very well and ensured you have the condiments needed (ie. fish sauce, spices, etc.)
The other four times I've been the service was great. The place is always full and to-go customers are constantly dropping in.
Love this place. Just wished the rest of my family liked Thai food!
Yummy! Medium spicy was j.... Yummy!
Medium spicy was just right. Good amount of peanuts, but I did not need to squeeze the whole lime on the dish. Noodles were a little gummy but the sprouts were fresh and added a good contrast. Definitely will come back.
The food is flavorful and freshly cooked. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.
Awesome Freakin Thai!. I don’t think I’ve ordered something I didn’t like from here. Everything just seems to be delicious and flavorful. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Try the Tom Yom soup. Very good!
Great Thai food and friendly service. 4 of had 4 different appetizers and entrees. All were delicious. Best green curry. Can't wait to come back.
Thai-licious!. I've been staying in the hotel next door for 2 weeks and this place makes me wanted to eat there every other day. I've eaten there 3 times and tried 4 different dishes and everything was authentic and so very good. I can't stop ordering the classic - pad Thai. I love that they give me fresh spice (to season my way) when I order to take away. The staff is great; they really take the time to please you. When I came in with my 2 young kids to order take-away, they gave us free drinks and each a cup of broth soup. The soup was outstanding and impressed my generic palate kids to want to try things of the menu! Brilliant marketing - my son says they have the best fried rice(Siam Khao Pad) now.
Well priced, ample portions, quiet location w/easy parking, family friendly staff - knock out food. Glad I found this gem!
The best!!! The staff is awsome and food can't be beat.
This is the best Thai food on the planet, best Chef, best owner. AJ is awesome the food is fabulous and the ambiance is unmatched. A must go!!!! My wife and I absolutely love it, the kids adore it. Favorite meal is the "duck curry".
Tried this on a whim since our traditional Thai restaurant is closed on Sunday's. The service was excellent. They paid special attention to our 1 & 4 year olds when it came to types of glasses & plates that would work best for them. The chef came out to explain why she changed our order slightly: we're vegetarians & she would of had to of used a fryer that had cooked meat. Great attention to detail.
AMAZING. I went here once, and now I'm addicted! I've had to limit myself to once a week. I highly recommend the fresh spring rolls and pad thai!
Yay!. Me and my girlfriend just randomly went here about 5 months ago. We absolutely love this place. We think it's the best pad thai in the area. We have been to about 10 different places and think Sam Cuisine has the best pad thai and the best appetizers. The fried rice is just average but if you love pad thai this is the place for you!!
AMAZING!. Friendly, helpful, attentive waitstaff and caring chef able to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diet restrictions with ease. Food is extremely good, portions are perfect, prices are just right. Very nice atmosphere, and very clean. Highly recommended
If you are vegan or vegetarian, simply ask for tofu instead of meat, and it will be happily substituted. They are also very familiar with gluten free needs and will kindly let you know if your dish has soy sauce (containing gluten) or any other gluten in it. They use rice and tapioca flour in all the dishes, so except for standard soy sauce, it is nearly a gluten free restaurant.
Wonderful!. Great service, awesome food, and a great atmosphere. The restaurant was very clean, and the servers were extremely helpful and friendly. If we come back to this area we will be eating here again!
Nice atmosphere, very clean. Friendly prompt service. Typical menu, a little pricey compared to portion size, but well prepared dishes. You can get more bang for your buck at Tong's Thai or China Garden which has Thai dishes on their menu.
Mmmm pad woon sen :) Warm and creamy potato soup on Fridays
Very clean and open atmosphere. Great food and friendly staff.
Excellent service and the staff was very friendly. Usually, at a Thai restaurant, this isn't the case. But this one changes all that. The food was absolutely delicious and made to a medium spicyness with the ability to make it your own as they give the condiments to make it spicier to your liking. The deserts are a must have. The custard with sticky rice is a great dish to have in warmer weather. The homemade coconut ice cream is obviously better suited for the Texas weather. All in all you can't go wrong at this place. Definitely an A+
This was the most delicious Thai food I've ever had!! The staff was incredible , her recommendations were exactly what I wanted. We were so happy with the food and so indecisive on dessert that we ordered 2!! The custard with sweet sticky rice and there homemade coconut ice cream it was absolutely delicious!! You would be missing out if you didn't give it a try...
Wonderful Thai. I am lucky to live minutes away from this gem. Everytime I go, I order something new, and have yet to be disappointed! I love their Gaeng Keow Waan and their Duck noodle soup! Great staff, great atmosphere, and above all, great quality Thai food!
Excellent food, but a little pricey. The food here is real quality Thai food. Our server was very friendly, and did not mind explaining some of the menu items to us. Wish they would either up the quanity or lower the prices and we would be here all the time.
The staff is almost better than the food. Great food. I especially like the regional dining options. The staff is very helpful and good at explaining the menu options. Excellent rolls!
Good food. Good food and gentle service. Worth a longer ride.
Once again, great fresh food, expertly prepared with attentive waiters that don't laugh when I try to pronounce the names of the dishes. Try the spicy stuff, it is not that hot.
Beyond Excellent. I truly enjoy good Thai food and Siam Cuisine is tops in my book. If you like spicy, order AJ hot. It is one level above their hottest advertised Thai hot and well worth it if you love spicy Thai food. The Papaya salad is the best I have ever had and every other dish is a culinary delight. AJ and her staff also maintain the warmest hospitality which makes my weekly trip a true pleasure. If you have to choose one Thai restaurant to eat at, Siam Cuisine is the one!
We've eaten here a number of times, and it has been great each visit. The food is excellent and the service is great.
Loved it! Service was impeccable! Took my teen dau who is new to Thai. Waitstaff was very helpful and patient w/new recommendations for her. Food was delicious and plentiful. Even the lemonade was good. Clean and wonderful!!!
Awesome food, service and price. Staff is incredibly friendly, and accomodating. Love this place, couldn't reccommend it enough.
Best thai food i've ever had. Siam is my favorite Thai food resturant. Everything here is absolutely delicious and you can taste the freshness of the ingreedients. The menu selection can be overwhelming , but they do have pre-set dining experiances from different regions of Thailand. Oh, and the soups are exquisite!
The service during our visit was absolutely excellent. The waitstaff worked as a team, and our tea and water glasses were kept full at all times. Also, pretty much everyone in the front of the house came by at least once to ask us if we needed anything and to make sure we were enjoying our meals. They also offered to answer any questions we had about the dishes. The attentive staff was one of the many ways in which this small place pays attention to detail.
I enjoyed three courses here and each and every single one of them were amazing. We had the cheese rolls with a spicy noodle dish and coconut ice-cream with sticky rice. It was all delicious and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I will 1000000% be returning to the best Thai food in Schertz hands down.
Our go-to Thai food for many years now. Family that owns/runs it are such wonderful people. Their food is always fresh and delicious! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. A friend of mine drives an hour across town with his wife once a week to eat here passing lord knows how many Thai places... It's just that good!
This is the best Thai in Texas. All made to order, fresh and cooked to perfection. I’ve been eating here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everything on the menu is superb.
Can't remember if I posted about this place but it's worth a 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 100th review.
Outstanding flavor, outstanding dishes and attentive customer service. We drive an hour to get there and have never been disappointed.
