Nice local Chinese food. Lots of choices. Food is fresh, and they cool fast!
The food is hot, fast and the portions are large. With some exceptions the quality and flavor is good if not great. Be warned that the hot and sour soup is just that. Very hot and extraordinarily sour. I'm not the biggest fan of that flavor, but if you like sour good news for you. actually the appetizers are on the something isn't quite right side of things. The fact that the entree's are solid make up for this however. they do a great general tso's anything.
Friendly staff, humble surroundings and delicious food. The place could be a little cleaner but it wont keep me from returning.
Easily my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area (and personally of all time). What seems to be a family run business, the staff are super friendly and attentive. Lunch specials are a great value for the price — soup of the day + entree, rice, and egg roll. The lunch menu is big enough to have plenty of choices and the lunch timeframe is quite large, so you don’t have to be afraid of missing out. Best hot&sour soup too!

A spectacularly delicious, family-run Chinese restaurant. Scotts Valley offers a lot of choices for Asian cuisine; this one tops them all for overall deliciousness. Fast and friendly service, the freshest and most delicious dishes you'll find anywhere, and reasonable prices - these are all among the reasons why Chef Liu cannot be topped. And a note to Pokemon Go players - there's a generous pokestop that can be spun from the dining room, and the bathroom is a Pikachu nest. Top THAT, ABC!
