It’s a busy little place with limited seating but the staff manages it well. They are friendly and efficient. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for atmosphere is because it is busy and I am tired. But it really is a great place.
The wait wasn't too long and the cashier was friendly. We ordered through the app and picked up at the window. My drink was wrong but, everything else was right. Tastes a bit off. I'll survive. Cute holiday cups.

The service was great! I wanted to try the Pink Drink. Yesterday I ordered it without the strawberries. It was served with crushed ice and was delicious! Today I ordered it with the strawberries. It was served with no ice. I stuck a strawberry with a fork to eat it... and it was gross. It reminded me of a freeze dried or dehydrated fruit that needed to pull in more moisture. The drink itself was more of a strawberry Quick taste. Not for me. Therefore, I highly recommend foregoing the strawberries. Just Sayin' no stars taken off for the disappointing strawberries.
As a behavioral health therapist specializing in all forms of addiction, I find the attitude of this Starbucks to be excellent and I have had many conversations with the staff members proving this out. Keep up doing the good work, stay down to earth, and continue to enjoy your job.
I went to Starbucks this morning, and Luke in drive thru was amazing. Carried a conversation and just made my day. Very well mannered young man.
Robin was amazingly friendly and very helpful in taking an order before I could get there to delay causing a massive line when I came in for a large group order. Hayden & Mountain View store was the OPPOSITE and I would go here before you ever go to that other location!!!

Busy, friendly, great representation of a Starbucks franchise.
They never fail to make my lattes just the way I like them. Drive Thru sometimes takes longer than I'd like but that is all part of the morning rush. This becomes a busy location so plan (and maybe order) ahead.
I am not sure how these people do it! By far the busiest Starbucks I have witnessed. With constant lines in the drive through and inside they are extremely effecient and you do not even notice the wait. The team works well and are able to get everyone in and out in no time.
Friendly staff, excellent service and the drinks were great. They are understaffed so sometimes they have to close earlier which is a shame because they are in front of a hospital and sometimes it’s good to come here for a break
This is a great Starbucks location. It is always clean and well-kept and has indoor seating as well as outdoor seating with misters during the hot months. During the week, it can be very hard to get a spot to sit inside, so do keep that in mind if you want to come here to work. Additionally, the indoor seating does not include any of those comfy armchairs you might see at some locations, but rather just wood chairs. It’s fine, but it’s just not as welcoming. But if you end up outside, the misters really do help keep you cool. One issue with the misters, though, is some of them drip rather than “mist” and I think they need to be adjusted. Anyway, there is a great variety of café/bakery items at this store too and my drink always tastes good!
