I have only been to this place a couple times but really like it. Pretty broad menu too. This trip I had the "muscle milk" smoothie. Very good. Good sized drink for a reasonable price. Last time it was a wrap which was also good. Flavorful and good quality ingredients. Only problem is there isnt a location closer to me. Give it a try for tasty, healthy food at a good price

Came for the grand opening and we loved it! My pickiest of eaters 8-year old actually ate his PB&J with no complaints! The staff was super friendly and attentive. The inside was beautiful. I loved my kale and quinoa wrap and my 3-year old loved his chicken teriyaki with forbidden rice. We will be regulars for sure!
My friend and I both enjoyed our meals I got the Chicken Teriyaki bowl with quinoa and she got the tofu curry bowl. Very fresh, reasonably priced. I also liked the selection of ice teas. We were lucky we arrived right before the lunch rush as it got super busy.
My girlfriend took me here 4 dinner I was already in love with the place!!! The food is delish and healthy!

Upon.arrival, staff could not find order. Someone came to help and found it right where it belonged. Got home and no dressing on the salad or on the side. Lot of money for a naked salad. Usually love eating here and will be back. Before this order there would have been 5 stars. Always check your order.
I ordered online for pickup and the whole experience was smooth and seamless. I had the Thai Chicken Bowl and I loved that I could completely customize it by adding and removing ingredients. My order was ready when I arrived and the staff was very friendly. The food was great too! I love having this as a quick healthy meal option!
We ordered this today for lunch at work. I had never had it before and I am counting calories, so I was hesitant to order out. But I looked at the menu and it seemed like they had great healthy options. I got the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with sweet potato hash. I went online and looked up the calories after ordering. It has 530 cal with the sweet potato hash as the base. It was delicious and very filling. I made myself eat it all since I already counted the calories, but it was a struggle at the end. It was so much food!! Will definitely get this again!
Very nice place, clean and pleasant. The staff was helpful and the food took the right amount of time. The prices were okay compared to other restaurants with healthy options. I very much appreciated that they were very transparent with the cooking, the ingredients and nutritional values. The food was delicious and there’s tons of options for vegetarians and vegans. I also liked that there was a full length mirror on the restroom

First time coming here this past week! Inside was clean and had a cool atmosphere. The sandwiches we had were really good and filling. I also liked the assortment of iced tea. All in all, they have a great sized menu and everything looks and tastes healthy. Definitely a place I’d go back to in the future.
My new favorite place to eat! Cute place, friendly staff, healthy food. I’ve been here three times and ordered the Spicy Korean Bowl with shrimp all three times because it’s so good and flavorful. The coconut chocolate chip cookie is delicious too!
Love this place. I am a regular and always get the watermelon tea (taste like a jolly rancher) and the spicy Korean steak bowl. Healthy and taste great.
My favorite breakfast is either the avacado toast or the breakfast burrito.
I usually come here everyday and do work. Wifi is great and the environment is awesome.

First off, this place never fails me. Food is fresh, has good taste, and the right size portions (for me at least). I typically get a Sandwich (The Club or Grinder) on a whole wheat wrap for lunch. I have had everything on the menu and haven't had a bad meal yet. One of my other favorites is the Cheat Day Wrap off their breakfast menu.
The people are great, and I want to give a special shout out to Ash and Jess who are always super friendly and always remember me by name. There are others that are great, and my apologies for not knowing their names as well.
I want to also stress that you should definitely sign up for their rewards program. I get 1 or 2 free sandwiches a month from it, and it's an easy to use app on your phone.
If you are a first timer, beware during the busy lunch hour that there are crazy people in the parking lot which I avoid at all cost. I park far far away so I don't have to deal with the insanity. Shopping center has a nice sidewalk so when you do park far away, you don't have to fear for your life walking through the parking lot.

We had been traveling all day and were both exhausted. We wanted something good but healthy. I got on line and ChopShop came up. It has delicious options and we were both so pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was! Highly recommend!!!
My coworkers love this spot so we ordered some to go meals for lunch. I had the grilled steak sandwich. The steak was so tender. The bread was soft and soaked up all the juices from the steak on the bottom. I probably could have eaten 2 that day. Yum
I love the citrus Thai salad!! So good and refreshing. However, the dressing at the Promenade location is spicier than the one at Shea (by Torchy’s). I prefer the one at Shea more! Grilled Chicken was more peppery at Promenade too.
Great staff at this location. Always friendly and helpful. The takeout food is always carefully prepared and packaged! Well organized and well run.
This is my favorite place and I love the Greek salad and the dressing that comes with it and the customer service and my salad is always very fresh and fulfilled with lots of leafy greens. Thank you. I’m on my way right now! All in all consistency is the key to get 5 stars.
