I can’t say enough about this place. Right down the road from my dad and he never knew about this place!! The mussels and clams were delicious and the calamari was great! Took a chance with the German meatballs 👌🏽 For dessert we had the last of the beignets with ice cream😁

While on vacation in Seaside, my husband, son, and I stopped by this place for breakfast. I had my very first eggs benedict (delicious!) and my husband had the meat lover's omelet. Both were GONE. Our son really enjoyed the pancakes, as well. After finding out that they are known for their meatloaf, we had to come back for dinner, and Googie Grill, again, did not disappoint! Hubby said it's some of the best meatloaf he's ever had. I had the alfredo, which was phenomenal as well. Service was great, and the atmosphere was fun.

Spectacular service! Food is prepared and made fresh as I started my experience here at the Google Grill with a cappuccino. Great view of the sunset, with my outstanding wife for a great dinner on memorial day weekend.

Omg, I haven’t had mushrooms that good outside of my own home! For real, that’s hard to do. The Salmon was excellent as well. Service was great! I wasn’t fond of the passion tea. But didn’t take away from everything else.

This restaurant literally serves the best home-cooked meals on the Peninsula at unbelievable prices. Plus, they ALWAYS go out of their way to fill special requests.

On the outside it looked rough. On the inside the staff was very family friendly and on their game. The food was exceptionally well made. Priced right. Highly recommended!

My first time eating here and I ordered the san-dab fish with mashed potatoes and vegetables to go and let me tell you it’s was sooooo delicious! Everything on my plate was fresh and full of flavor! This is like a little diamond in the rough spot I will definitely be coming back here again.

Omg the food! It is perfect and the decor and cafe as a whole was awesome. I’ve been there in the past, 2016. It was great. This time I was blown away. I had steak and eggs. The medium rare ribeye steak I ordered was perfectly charred and cooked exactly as requested. The sourdough toast and homemade jam were great together. There was even Hollandaise sauce in a small cup on my plate. The potatoes were so good that I ate them all. I usually don’t do that anywhere else but these were great. My husband got the corned beef hash and it was good size chunks. I had a bite and it was so good. I wish it were closer to my home. If you’re in the area stop and give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Last year there was a fire at this restaurant. So they rebuilt and remodeled it. At first I didn't understand the name and decor because the dinner menu and the professionalism of the waiting staff didn't seem to fit the 1950 era that the restaurant had said it was on line. We were expecting it to be more casual. Don't get me wrong the feel of the restaurant isn't fancy but definitely not the laid back feel I thought we were going to have. The decor has this pretty teal and the architecture of the restaurant does not match what it looks like outside. They have comfy looking booth seating, the music was jazzy, the woodwork was beautiful and the feel seemed more upscale than we expected. Prices for dinner was a little higher than we expected too. We just went in for a small bite to eat. The waiting staff was so professional, friendly and attentive! We kinda felt we were in Carmel!! I LOVEDDDDDD the French Onion Soup! We probably will go back for breakfast since there menu has a lot to try AND THEY HAVE BENITS in the morning. Please read the background of why they named the restaurant Google Grill and the inspired architecture that ties in with the name. Description is in one of my pics! We enjoyed our food and definitely will be back!!

Food was absolutely amazing. Wait staff on the other hand not so much. 1 waiter, 1 hostess? And the waiter not only wouldn't keep his mask on correctly, he also really didn't check on us at all. The hostess had to refill drinks and I had to get the waiters attention to get boxes and the check even tho we had clearly been done and sitting there waiting. We will definitely be back but will probably get take out as to avoid the whole sit in experience.

I went to Googie one day by myself on a lunch break and enjoyed it so much! Super friendly staff, yummy fish and chips, and was able to get in and out quickly to get back to my next appointment. Highly recommend! Great items on the menu for a great price..

Clam and Mussels' starter was delicious. I even forgot to take a picture of it since I devoured it in a couple of minutes. Unfortunately, this gave me a higher expectation for the main course. I got the prawns and risotto next, and the prawns disappointed, but were edible. The Risotto, however, was awful. Stay away from it. I wish I could give a 3.5/5 star, but giving it a 3 would not do those clam and mussels any justice. From the looks of it, their other food looked good too. Just stay away from their Risotto.

Convenient location. Big place. Good beer and wine menu. We tried artichoke hearts, Asian wings, bread and oil apps as well as a couple of salads and everyone enjoyed very much. Extensive menu of choices to fit most diners wishes.

Cute little spot with a great history. The building is iconic. The beignets are yummy, hot and steamy. They are bigger than the usual, so a 3 portion is perfect for sharing. The food arrived quickly and hot. Everything tasted delicious. I would go back! The service was excellent.

Food was great. It was our first time here. We had drove past a bunch of times and thought it looked like it would have dennys type food. Boy were we surprised. We had fried zucchini for appetizer. Definitely best fried zucchini I ever ate. The breading was amazing I could have had it for my entree. For entrees my wife had jambalaya and I had the Persian chicken kabobs. Both entrees were delicious and well prepared. Inside was clean and somewhat romantic with flowers on the tables and candles. Wait staff was great. We enjoyed our experience and will be back for sure. Can't believe we never been here before.

I looked up a restaurant in Seaside. Came up with Googie Grill. Great choice. A diverse menu and as food came out of the kitchen, we were thinking we will be back. I had tortilla soup and Caesar salad. Both excellent. Their baked potato is huge and tasty. 10 out of 10.

This food was incredibly good. I was at the hotel down the street and was just hoping for a good take-out experience, but wow this was next level. Got the jambalaya and seafood linguine, brussels and potato. We haven't even finished the food yet but it's 5+. Unless I die from this food tomorrow, in which case I will change to a 4 star. Thanks everyone who made this.
