Great service! The staff was very friendly had a great experience. Our dinner was excellent best steak and calamari I have ever had! The steak had excellent flavor very tender! I highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t already!
Love Ruth's Chris Seattle! We always make a point to have a meal here whenever we're in Seattle. Tonight our meal was delicious (as always) but was perhaps made even more excellent by our awesome server Chris. Really took extra steps to make sure we were well taken care of! Our steaks were on point (see video in comments). The sides were super tasty and the spicy shrimp appetizer ...outstanding! Go now!! Thanks for another memorable date night!!! This was our 2nd time back and Kevin was our waiter. It was my wife's birthday and they had little happy birthday stickers on the table, so dam cute. Plus every waiter that came to our table always asked how we were and said Happy Birthday to my Wife. We had the sizzling blue crab crabcakes and they were heavenly. I had a T-bone and my Wife had a Sirloin steak both cooked Medium rare to perfection. Even when we went the first time we had a wonderful experience. My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at Ruth's Chris! The food and the staff were outstanding! Marc our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive to our every need. We will make this a regular stop for our dining needs!
Ruth's did an amazing job! Went here for my girlfriends Birthday! We walked in and they wished her Happy Birthday the table had little Birthday signs on it and her desert had Had happy Birthday written in chocolate on the plate!!! Great job to the entire staff on 8-7-17 we will be back!!
This only applies to the Seattle Ruth Chris, the one in Bellevue might rate a 3 star, the one in NYC less than 1 star.
I had a birthday celebration and the food and service was awesome. The steak was the best I've ever had. It was a great time.
First time at the downtown location and pleasantly surprised parking was easy. Walking into the restaurant, we were warmly greeted and sat our party of 4 promptly. Dinner and dessert were absolutely delicious. The customer service by Stian and Victoria was over the top! The communication between staff and managers was seemless. Highly recommend Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and we will definitely dine there again soon!

Was excited to try this restaurant based on the amazing reviews, but did not have quite the same experience as the many 5 star reviews shared.
Would not recommend this for a gluten free foodie - the server did not seem to know what dishes/options were gluten free. Luckily I had researched the menu ahead of time so I knew what modifications needed to made. My table companion and I both ordered the Ruth's Classic Prix Fixe meal of Steak House Salad (without croutons for me), Filet & Shrimp, and Garlic Mashed Potatoes with a side of Roasted Brussel Sprouts since the server said that the Prix Fixe menu could be done gluten free.
The food was good with large portions. Loved the plating of the shrimp and steak. However, the dessert given for the Chef's Seasonal Selection was the Cheesecake which was not gluten free. Luckily the desserts were served to go so I was able to give mine away, but since this is a moderately expensive restaurant it was disappointing to not experience the included dessert course. I would have ordered the dinner a la carte had I known the Prix Fixe Menu could not be done gluten free.
Indoor seating only - highly recommend reservations.

I recently dined at Ruth's Chris Steak House and had an unforgettable experience. The New York steak I ordered was nothing short of amazing; it was cooked to perfection and incredibly flavorful. This restaurant is not only ideal for a celebration but enhances it. The ambiance is elegant and conducive to a special evening.
What made the experience truly exceptional was our server, Ashley. She was hands down the best server I've ever had. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and warm demeanor elevated our dining experience. Her excellent service made the celebration even more memorable.

Fantastic steak cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. Had to be the best food I experienced the whole trip to Seattle Alaska and Canada. Delicious! You won't go wrong eating here! Probably one of the only times I forgot to snap a picture before I took a bite because it looked so good. So sorry. 😆
I had the stuffed chicken breast. It was very tender and delicious. My husband had the new york strip. perfectly prepared and very tender.

My Lovely wife and I came to dine on the prompting of one of our sons giving us a gift card for Ruth's. The place was near empty with just two other couples in sight.
We dove head long into the carnivore side for lunch with high expectations; mainly because we've both been on the carnivore diet for a couple of months now.
I ordered the 16 oz rib eye, and she, the 12 oz New York strip steak.
Our waitress was overly cordial but not obnoxious, and I would venture to guess a long time staple of the staff.
When our steaks hit the table, one eyebrow of mine went up, along with two yellow flags in my mind; but I remained optimistic. Out the corner of my eye I could see our waitress was watching.
My Lovely half likes her steak medium-well, and I like mine medium-rare.
The kitchen grilled them exactly opposite! Mine was well-done and her's medium-rare.
What I found annoying was when our waitress came to check on us, and she let the cat outta the bag that she knew they were cooked wrong. This is an upper-class steak house, as far as steak houses are concerned in Seattle. I used to be in food service, and a decent, well trained server wouldn't let that be delivered to the table.
To top it off, they took my wife's steak back to the kitchen and refired it - bringing it back burnt. I was presented a new rib eye that was obviously rushed.
Too bad.
Footnote: I grill steaks at home nearly every day - Ruth's steaks, on this day, were a real disappointment.

Went to this place for dinner. The place got a really good atmosphere and ambiance. The waiter so good and felt very welcomed. Probably this is one of the good resturent I that area in terms of service. Also the food was really good. All the food are served in order and at a very good temperature.
Our waiter was Douglas and he made our evening so enjoyable and fun. His energy was so welcoming and his attention to our needs was stellar. Definitely coming back, the food was great!
Joe was our waiter, and he made our Thanksgiving event a grand success. In fact, our family was represented at FOUR separate Ruth Chris locations in every US time zone simultaneously. Is that a thing?
Service is excellent here with special mention of Christina. The steak portion is quite huge for me and when I asked her for help, she patiently suggested a few choices. Enjoyed the steak. Strongly recommend.
It was our first visit here, and turned out to be not as lavish as I expected. Our reservation for six was after a small wedding, and I was pleased they seated us in a separate room in the back rather than a table in the middle of the dining area. Steaks were enjoyed, but we all agreed there just wasn't a 'wow factor' with the food. Stuffed chicken breast was moist and tasty, filled with herbs and cheese. Mashed potatoes had an off flavor I couldn't quite place, and wasn't as garlicky as anticipated. My favorite item was the sweet potato casserole, although so sweet I didn't need any dessert. Service was prompt and there were several helping out, but our server was in a hurry from being near the end of his shift.
First time at this brand at any location.
Hand a wonderful, relaxed evening meal with my wife. The steaks are wonderful (as promoted), but the appetizers and sides were much better than we anticipated. The spicy shrimp and cremini mushrooms were our favorite extras.
While not a "eat here often" location because of the price. This is a wonderful location for special events. We will return.

We went here for my son's birthday and overall it was pretty good. My son eats his steak medium but about a quarter of it was medium rare which he couldn't swallow because it was too chewy. This was the 16oz. ribeye. My other son had the same order but his steak was a bit thinner and more charred and cooked to his liking. We got mashed potatoes for the side and I felt it was a little too watery. Oh and for appetizers we got the stuffed mushroom caps which were great and my son's both had the seared ahi. While the quantity was plentiful, (maybe 10 narrow slices) the quality was so-so. One plate had decent color to it but the other was a pale pink rather than a nice red. Like it came from two different kinds of fish. Honestly, The Yardhouse does a much better seared ahi.
Our birthday boy wanted to eat here because the first time he experienced a Ruth's Chris was in Honolulu and he remembered how the steaks came out sizzling in butter. This time though, it barely bubbled. I didn't even bother to post that video. Our waiter was excellent and since it was my son's birthday he of course got their complimentary dessert. But the really nice thing was our waiter brought a dessert for all four of us to enjoy along with our son. That was a great touch!
First time at Ruth’s, and it was amazing! A+ service from our server Nelson. He made my night, and he was so so so kind! We had the porterhouse, the sweet potato casserole, and the spinach (and of course a drink or two or three 😂🫣). Everything was fantastic. My partner and I will be back again soon 😊
We have been here a number of times. This time, we came for lunch and I wish they offered a small side with their steaks instead of the only choice being a small filet mignon with salad and potatoes or lobster bisque. If you order a different steak and you want a side, they are very large and a separate purchase. I also wish they offered more small plate appetizers. The steaks were wonderful as always. The service was pretty good, I wish they filled drinks and cleared plates a bit faster but all in all, it's a nice spot.
