This is some of the best food I've had in my entire life. I shared a couple dishes with my dining partner and we both raved over every bite. I am a vegan but I came with an omnivore and he was not dissatisfied in the least! The pan seared creole tempeh was absolutely wonderful - super flavorful and the tempeh was seasoned perfectly. The sauteed mushrooms were savory and almost meaty in flavor and texture. We also shared the dill lentil burger which was full of fresh herby flavor as well. I would highly recommend Plum Bistro for a special occasion or just because you want to treat yourself to some seriously amazing food!
Amazing and phenominal!! The buffalo burger was the best vegan burger I've ever had! And GF too. I added gouda and it was to die for! Not to mention the dill aioli and did I say how good the gouda was?!?!? We also enjoyed the shrimp scampi and scallops! Virtually identical to the real thing. I dont know how they do it. We got the crem brule and cheesecake. Oh my!! The cheescake crust was the best I've EVER had and the topping of the crem brule was spot on with no refined sugars?!?! If I could afford it, Id come every day!
We happened to go at brunch time and were so excited when we read the menu! I haven't had eggs Benedict vegan version until now and I was doing the happy dance while eating. My sister had the southern slam with biscuits and gravy and she said it was the best gravy she has ever had... Definitely recommend this for brunch, lunch or dinner! Thank you for having delicious food!! Cheers!
The food is very tasty. This place exceeded my expectations. The service was great. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone who has any developped taste buds and everyone else for that matter.

My absolute favorite place to eat in Seattle, even though I’m not vegan! I will walk over hot coals for their vegan Cajun Mac and Cheese. I go every time I have a downtown Seattle layover. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I am not vegan, but I went to The Plum with my daughter-in-law who is vegan and I had the macho burrito. It may be the best burrito I have ever had (vegan or with meat)!
This place is fabulous, some of the best vegan in all of Seattle. Everytime I got I try a new dish and love it more then the last. I am also not vegan.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but this restaurant deserves all the praise and love!! If you love food, GO HERE! Don't even worry about it being "vegan" because it'll blow your mind that it's not. Anytime there's a special occasion, this is where I ask to go! I highly recommend it to anyone willing to give amazing food an honest chance. Have fun!
Definitely the best vegan food I ate in Seattle. Excellent service, tasty food, amazing menu. Loved!
Amazing array of dishes, great friendly service, and lovely wines. One of the best vegan meals I’ve had (and I’ve had a few internationally)
Valentine's day dining experience was fantastic! Dinner was beyond expectations! We loved the Mushroom Scallops, plant-based Shrimp scampi linguini, the portobello mushroom burger with added vegan smoked Gouda cheese the cheese cake and creme brulee!!! We will be back but we will visit Quicky Too as well!
Great food, friendly staff. My mom had been wanting to try this place for a long time, we finally made it today and she was not disappointed. Thanks for a great meal! We will be back.
My husband and I love Plum restaurants and visit every time we're in Seattle. When we go to Bumbershoot, we eat at Plum at the Seattle Center Armory daily! Yesterday we had a fabulous lunch at Plum Bistro in Capitol Hill. We enjoyed the flatbread pizza, spinach beet salad, tuna sandwich and an amazing pumpkin beignets for dessert! 😋
My absolute favorite restaurant ever. I recommend every human on earth go try it.
I love the atmosphere, the service and the food! Sure wish we had an high end vegan element restaurant in the southend area toward Tacoma so as not have to travel into downtown Seattle which is always so crowded and busy! Love this place so much ❤️
Lovely vegan restaurant that has a diverse menu. I got the My American Guy burger, and it was flavorful and perfectly cooked. It was filling and made me think of comfort food. The staff was very friendly. I gave four stars instead of five because the restaurant is small inside, so it can be really loud and cramped if a lot of people are in there at the same time. Overall, it is a truly nice restaurant with an absolutely delicious menu!
Delicious, and interesting dishes. They manage to make hardy vegan food very well, which was the most pleasant surprise. The cocktails are artfully crafted, well balanced and flavorful. Service is efficient and courteous. The dining room is clean and pretty. Some outdoor seating, and the front wall opens up completely to let fresh air in. I love visiting here.
I arrived at 6 pm and there was literally 2 tables occupied, yet they had me waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes. If it wasn't because my friend was running late and she chose this restaurant , I would have left. Acceptable to wait when the restaurant is busy but not when they can see you standing there and no one will bother to even tell you they'll be right there.
Once I was seated, the service was okay. Glasses of water provided immediately and QR menu at the table.
The menu is pretty extensive and prices are around $30 per dish. We ordered tea and a couple of items from the dinner menu, a bowl (nice presentation) and a yam soup.
Our food took forever to arrive, even the table next to us who ordered after we did, got their food first. The soup was tasteful in spite of being 100% vegan. My experience with vegan food has not being the greatest but the flavor succeeded my expectations.
I would recommend not sitting by the window, facing the street, I saw a good number of rats running outside.
Overall, ok experience.
So so good. As an omnivore and aspiring vegetarian, I would go as far as becoming vegan if I could eat like this. Great dishes, presented beautifully. I was so impressed by the loaded nachos and crispy Korean tofu. The lettuce wrap will be my order next time.
Service was super friendly and quick. Ed took very good care of our table. The restaurant was small and a bit crowded (for good reason) but had a lovely modern vibe.
For all my meat eaters out there, I highly recommend!
Just wow, best plant based food I had here all trip! Loved the creative presentation of the fried mushrooms and it was delicious. We are so much of the appetiser we couldn’t eat much of our main. The mains was very well seasoned a little too salty for my taste but nothing more veggies and rice couldn’t fix when I was munching on leftovers the next day. Good portion size, definitely pricer since its Seattle but I would go back definitely. I miss the fried mushrooms so much
Came for brunch Sunday and everything on the menu looked amazing & was a vegan menu. Ordered the macho burrito and was very happy with the presentation and flavors. It was filling but I did not fill overstuffed. Will return.

Lovely cute restaurant in the Capitol Hill area. Gets super busy. So expect to wait for a table.
Ordered a veggie pizza, vegan burger and cheesecake.
Cheesecake was not super exciting(4/10). Burger was delicious(9/10).
Pizza was okay(6/10).
Breakfast Burrito: decent
Bacon Egg Tacos: decent
Buffalo Portobello Burger: good 👍
Reuben: ok, more like a tofu sandwich than a reuben
Mac n Cheese: baked, not creamy like traditional mnc. Strong flavor. I liked it more than others in my party.
Back with another vegan banger. Was in town for work with PAX and Nintendo - found this gem. Absolutely delicious food and cute atmosphere. Service was great and really enjoyed the Calamari like lettuce wrap thing. Holy W. Definitely will be back next time I'm in town.
This was my first stop soon as I landed in Seattle. It got recommended to me a bunch. Incredible food & service! I got the fried eggplant plate, pretty expensive but the atmosphere was nice & the service was great!
1. Crispy Korean tofu. The focal point of this dish was definitely the very crispy tofu. The kimchi fried rice with shittake mushrooms and sautéed bok choy complemented it well.
2. My American Guy Cheeseburger. Nothing particularly remarkable about this dish, but I loved the house made special sauce and the fries that it came with.
3. Orange papaya cheesecake: This was an unexpected absolute winner! I had never imagined an orange-papaya-nutmeg trio, and this cheesecake was a great example of a creative flavor combination.
May be the best vegan meal I've ever had. Wish I could go back over and over again as everything looked great. Cocktails were also fun and different.
Delicious vegan food. The mushrooms were fried to perfection. Our friends got the pasta dishes and they were tasty and really cheesy. Would definitely come back!
Review from a 24 year vegan! My husband and I traveled to Seattle from Tennessee for vacation. This is our 4th day here and I’ll tell you, this is the best vegan food we’ve had here so far! We had starters and lunch entrees, everything was mouth watering, delicious, and so flavorful. There were so many options to choose from, I had a hard time deciding! Even the water was delicious, lol. The presentation was top notch and the portions were large. I really wanted dessert but I could not eat one more bite. We had the mushroom lettuce wraps, vegan burger, and black Cuban beauty. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Planning to return before we leave. Will definitely visit again on our next visit.
Amazing food as always. Servers are great and friendly. Never had a bad experience and the food is to die for. Although I am 3 hours away it’s worth the trip time and time again. The Mac and yease is easily one of the best dishes I have ever tried. Definitely recommend trying.
This is my favorite vegan restaurant in WA! I come here maybe once a month and it is incredible every time. It is a go to for brunch, date night, or dinner with friends. Service can be slow but not to a point where it is bothersome, just plan enough time for the visit. Can be pricey if you get drinks, apps, and desserts, but it is well worth the money. The menu is creative and full of flavor. I recommend to everyone!

I LOVE this place. Staff is always friendly and excited to serve you. The whole menu is vegan and they accommodate dietary restrictions. Their specialty drinks are superb! The food taste amazing and have yet to have a bad experience. I would definitely recommend to those wanting to try something new and fancy. The atmosphere is very modern and feels like you’re in Seattle. I love it.
You’re looking for some typical American brunch/lunch but vegan & with a twist?
I totally recommend this place!

The customer service is on point. Super friendly. Cute little restaurant.
The menu is accessible over a QR on the table.
The food is super delicious 🤤 the portion size is perfect! You will be full but not totally overfilled! Definitely gonna go back there soon, to try some other dishes on the menu. We had the Chick’n Waffles 🧇 & The plum slam (Pancakes, Tofu scramble, veggies & hash browns).
Even though it’s pretty pricey the food is worth it.
Delicious meal! Very busy spot. I had the tostadas and would absolutely reccomend them. I thought it was a bit too expensive that was my only complaint.
