Went for dinner after a show. We had reservations and sat in the dining room where we STILL got happy hour prices. Food AND cocktails are fantastic. Definitely Aloha Asian Fusion. For a girl from Hawaii, it doesn't get better than this. Sushi and sashimi were fresh, only complaint, cut back on the pepper jelly type sauce. Seemed to be on everything. But maybe it just wasn't my favorite. Truffle furikake fries, yum!! Shrimp was so ONO!!

What a beautiful setting at this Seattle location. My friend is a frequent customer at Hawaii location and was extremely excited to stumble upon Sansei Seattle. No reservation, no lines, prompt seating made him very happy. House sake, miso soup , tempura, sashimi, tuna roll, kept coming our way and blended in with terrific conversations on work, life, fun activities, motorcycle rides, and outlook on life. Sashimi- albacore tuna and yellow tail are my favorite and friend totally enjoyed. I liked his obsession with tuna rolls- that was just sumptuous. As one can imagine, Sake, fresh seafood and conversations could make one's trip unforgettable. Prompt service with courteous server help as well. My observations: 1. Tempura batter could be healthier- lighter, thinner, and flavorful and 2. The place do need to address stinky men's room. Well, time to try it for yourself. Go explore.

Best dine-in sushi in Seattle I've been to yet. Happy hour pricing is where it's at. Very pleasant, professional waitstaff and chefs. I enjoyed solo dining here. Very classy interior decor and aesthetic!

Only one criticism: Ambience. They need to change their music selection and dim the lights more like the Maui location does... we went on a Friday night and it was as bright as a cafeteria. The food and service however are a 5. Love this place. We have gone to the Maui location for years and the dishes taste just as delicious here in the Seattle one. Butterfish is amazing and the Panko arugula tuna roll is delicious. Get it all. Can't go wrong except the Sansei Special roll is just a spicy California which is meh.

Had a great time here with my fiance. Fantastic service and exceptional sushi. We will definatly be coming back to this gem when we are in town again. Dinner was delicious. Dined on the sashimi trio. The maguro was so succulent. The hamachi, well lets just say my fiance ate two of the three and she is the salmon eater between us. But for me the salmon, well you are in Seattle after all. Can't get enough of that. Want to save a buck? Lets just say... Happy hour!!!!

Happy hour menu is pretty good. Lots of options. Ordered miso ramen with pork belly and the wok vegetables. If you've had saimin in Hawaii that's what the ramen was like. Saimin noodles in miso soup. Pork belly was overcooked. Vegetables nicely done with a touch of spice. Not amazing but worth the price.

Awesome selection of food and drink. The truffle crab ramen is interesting, good to try at least once. The macadamia nut temporary was pretty good too.

Favorite place for Happy Hour on Fridays/Saturday from 10pm to close! Everything is half off of their sushi and small plates menu. Not very crowded either!

The fish quality of the sushi and shashimi is amazing. Even the noodle dishes are just delicious! The place is beautiful and clean, good spot to impress a business partner or a special date. Service is excellent. We were treated very well by everyone. Even the executive chef came out to say hello. Definitely going back.

First time here, we had a really nice happy hour. Our server was genuine and quick, and honest about what was and wasn't his favorite things on the menu. Besides the food, my favorite part was the warm seats in the women's restroom and the bidet functions! So nice, nothing crazy, but 10/10 recommend the restroom experience. Even my daughter Destiny loved it!

Went for Happy Hour after theater at the Paramount. Reception very helpful in arranging a table as we had no reservation. Service was very good in our opinion. Waitress was knowledgeable about the sushi. Food came fast enough. We left a good tip and will be back. The one negative was that the red wine my wife ordered and the rye Manhattan that I ordered were subpar. If we eat there again, we would order beer, which is what our son and his girlfriend did, and they were happy with theirs.

My wife and I were so impressed.. The staff was attentive but not lingering.. The dining room was comfortable, clean, and well designed.. And the food... incredible! Fresh, seasoned to perfection, and surprisingly quick! I would be remiss in not recommending that no matter what you came for, you HAVE to try the poke!!! They have a wonderfully diverse menu and the prices are very reasonable considering what you get for your money. Will 100% return next time we are in the city!

Good small plates, sushi used to be a lot better, is somewhat subpar and a little bit messy. The service is great and the drinks are fun! The Hawaiian counterpart to the Seattle chain is excellent all around. I wish the sushi was a little bit better and more refined here.

I just moved into premiereonpine and this is located in our building really excited as this is a great sushi spot. I was able to enjoy a few of the rolls while meeting some of the bar staff and look forward to eating there regularly. They have a great happy hour and many of the people in my building eat in this establishment and offers a great social environment. Has a decent crowd usually not much of a wait however it serves great food so expect people to be eating there

The daily fresh fish is flown in. The tuna was "melt in your mouth" soft. Sushi was definitely top quality. Paired my sushi with their reisling, also delicious. I want to give Sansei 4.75 stars. I thought they might be able to improve on some of their flavorings. It was very subtle, but I thought some of the flavors in the sushi might have clashed a little bit. Make sure you get the fried ice cream for dessert.
