Honestly, I thought the name was a little cheesy, and I was expecting something like S'barros or the Spaghetti Factory. Nothing could be further from the truth.
We showed up at about 6:30, which was a good thing because by 6:45 the place was full, and it didn't take long to find out why. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are exquisite. The giant picture window with a view of the city and the Sound really adds to the experience. Our server was an absolute dear. Started off with fresh bread with olive oil and Modena basalmic vinegar. My wife had a seafood pasta that she thoroughly enjoyed. I took the advice of our server and got the View Point Park Pizza, which seriously was one of the best things I have ever tasted. Can't wait to go back and try the Wild Boar ragu. Decent prices, especially considering the quality of the food. This place is definitely a keeper.
This is the best Italian Restaurant tucked away in a quite neighborhood. Their food is authentic made in house and delectable every single time we’ve gone. Good wine list too.
Awesome! I first came to this restaurant a month ago with my husband. We were scouting places to take my family when they visited. This place was great. Food hot, delicious, Italian but with their own special twist. The service is fast, fantastic, sweet, and helpful. I love this little hole on the wall place of magic. Tonight this place was a hit. Dinner went off like a well orchestrated play. Sunset view of the city, risotto cakes were different and amazing, fettuccine with sausage, chicken parm, and mussels were all delectable. Espresso and key like cheese cake to top it off. My dad (who owns a restaurant and is hard to impress at times) said he would come back... That means it was fabulous. Go to this place, take your family, take your friends and then take me. You will fall in love with That's Amore! XxOo
Decadently delicious entrees (we're talking 'lick your plate' here), the specials are to die for, the best Tiramisu, and I love the servers (so charming)! Highly recommend!!
We were in from out of town and wanting Italian on a late Sunday evening. That's hard to find in Seattle. Not knowing Seattle, we found this hidden gem at the top of Mt. Baker. Handmade pasta, carefully and thoughtfully sauce and paired with complimentary flavors. Oh, and an excellent view of City from 3 tables at the back of the restaurant.
We love it! The food is really Italian, not an American translation. Service is tops! Great wine list. The Chef is always anxious to please, especially for food allergies. It has an unbelievable view, but is a cozy neighborhood restaurant that could easily be in Brooklyn or North Boston.

This was a fantastic place! We went for Valentines and it was great food, ambience and Guy was the best!
This place has the most amazing food and service. The view is stunning but the turamisu is the best thing I have ever put in my mouth!
I love this place. I live right down the street & its always amazing food. The view is spectacular.
I love this place. I wish there were more places like it, but I guess if there were That's Amore wouldn't be thought of the way it is. They crank out great food out of a tiny kitchen and the biggest secret is it has a view like no other in the city since Adriatica closed its doors.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Seattle!
Some of the BEST Italian food I've ever had! Love the atmosphere and view as well. Servers are wonderful, friendly, kind and personable. All around great place!
Thats Amore is an Italian restaurant nestled in the neighborhood close to Leschi and Central District. Street parking here can be tough at times. There is about a dozen tables inside and a couple outside, so it's pretty intimate. Their staff is friendly and always walking around to help. Their menu is a good size, with some daily specials that usually aren't on there. The portions are smaller, typical to most Italian style restaurant trying to impress. The cost per portion is just too high for me. Taste wise it's hit or miss, the caesar salad was too lightly dressed and off, but the salumi plate was good. Brushetta was missing a few things taste-wise and the pasta sauces were missing salt but have a nutty flavor (sort of nutmeg), which stands out. Overall I'd say the experience is nice but the food just misses the mark for me. A few tweaks here and there would put them to 4, maybe 5 stars for food.
A delightful neighborhood gem. The energy of the restaurant was buzzing and every table was full on a Monday night. Definitely recommend reservations. The Bruschetta and Fungo Davi were wonderful starters. Guy recommended several popular dishes, but when pressed on what he would want his mother to try he responded with the Rigatoni, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. I chose the Linguine which paired wonderfully with the Sauvignon Blanc.
That’s Amore is a very good Italian Restaurant. The view of Seattle from the restaurant is incredible. This is a great place to visit for a date or special.
We ordered the bread and butter (doesn’t come with the meal) and Amore salad for appetizers, and linguini and Chicken Parmesan for entrees.
The bread and butter was exceptional, it came with 3 unique butters that were infused with herbs and vegetables. The salad was very good, and had a great balance of flavors. We enjoyed the entrees, but the entrees had a few minor issues.
The linguini was covered in a lemon sauce. The lemon was a little overpowering in the sauce, that it took away from the other ingredients in the dish. I added black pepper to the dish which neutralized the flavor and balanced the dish. The Chicken Parmesan was slightly overcooked, but the entree had good flavor.
Aside from the few missteps in our entrees, the meal was amazing, and the ambience at this restaurant is unmatched. I would definitely visit again.
This restaurant is a hidden gem! Amazing views, the best food, and the best wait staff. We even had our wedding rehearsal here and they made everything so incredibly special. Definitely try the Dungeness crab pasta! We most recently went for Valentine’s Day and everything was perfect.
Happened upon this place off of 31st Avenue in Seattle. We always enjoy exploring new Italian restaurants and this small and quaint destination did not disappoint. The featured item was a dungeness crab pappardelle, and it was nothing short of absolutely delicious. The salad with prawns was very well prepared and the prawns were of authentic taste/flavor, which is rare to experience nowadays.
The atmosphere was very comfortable and the service was extremely prompt, friendly and very professional.
We love this restaurant so much after discovering it on a whim. This is was our third time eating here and it is such a wonderful experience from the time you arrive to the time you leave, feeling happy, full and content.
The people that work here, (including the owners who also are on the floor making the magic happen) are all so attentive and friendly, and just want to create the best experience for their patrons.
We love their pasta dishes and they make terrific drinks as well. So glad to have discovered this wonderful place!
Family style place. The chicken Parm was a little too spicy for me. The pork belly was excellent! Service very friendly. It’s busy! MKe a reservation!
The food is fantastic and the service was wonderful. Everything is homemade. We had the pizza and the spicy sausage was some of the best we’ve had. The view is amazing. We will definitely be back.
Great service here! Food was exquisite and the risotto cakes with crispy prosciutto was our favorite dish. I recommend you get a reservation to make sure you get a seat.
We had an amazing experience there. The atmosphere and the service was fantastic. The only thing I wish they did is make their pasta fresh. It would make the dishes great to outstanding.
