This is good, simple food for a reasonable price.   I keep coming here for dinner when I'm just not feeling it for something fancy.

Most of the time, dinner is spaghetti with the crab and greens opener.   Every now and then, I try one of the specials that pop up from time to time.   Lamb neck in napa, sure?   I'll give it a go and most of the time, the dish doesn't disappoint.

It's in the Madrona neighborhood and it's not a fuss to head there for some comforting food.   I keep coming back, so that's a good thing.

As a bit of a disclaimer I am a bit of a sucker for Brian Clevenger's food. I loved him at Staple and Fancy and I have been wanting to try Vendemmia since I heard he was opening it. Well last night we finally got a babysitter and my wishes were granted. The space is very industrial which I love. There are only about 12 tables and you can basically see all of the kitchen (which I also love). We started with the heirloom, tomatoes, mozzarella, which most places is known as caprese, but here it is known as honestly one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. The fresh mozzarella, and the grilled bread, and the perfectly seasoned tomatoes... Ok I digress. The next part of our meal was the only snafu. The waiter admitted he put in our order wrong and my spaghetti came out close to 15 minutes before my husbands steak. It definitely put an awkward timing on the meal but they more than rectified it by taking it off of our bill. The spaghetti was simple but divine. The flavored were off the chart. My husband didn't love his steak disappointingly. He said it was tough and that he wouldn't recommend it. I think it was the cut of the meat because it definitely was not overcooked. We finished the meal with a vanilla panna cotta with fresh grilled peaches. It definitely did not disappoint. Overall I love the concept of the restaurant and a few tweaks I think it will consistently be great.

It was a busy Saturday early evening. We ordered several dishes for the group to share. The food was delicious. We waited for the dishes to come out longer than expected but they were worth the wait. The pastas were surprisingly good. We wish the portion size could be bigger so we ordered extra for the group!

很好!Had a great time. Great for a nice night out with friends out for date night. Drinks were very enjoyable and went well with the handmade pastas. Dishes had a lot of care and I enjoyed the American-Italian style for a laid back but very well put together dinner. One of those places you keep coming back to.

So good ! I just had dinner here last night, and I have to say it was pretty amazing. First the meatballs. Yes, I know most restaurants. Meatballs are boring and all taste the same BUT the meatballs here were stand out really unique flavor in the meat Plus it’s not just a boring plain red sauce put on top or marinara. It’s really unique flavor sauce they put time into. We ordered a second order of it at the end of the meal! Plus the pastas! We had the Bucatini with pancetta, Rigatoni with a rabbit and the Garganelli with shrimp. All 3 yummy! My fave was the bucatini. Really the only dish I didn’t love of the night was the snap peas with crab. It was too salty for me. Still ate all of it but over salted. You also have to try their chocolate cake ! See my pictures and video attached. Will def go back

Pasta was cooked perfect. Everything was seasoned well. Could have used some heat, either spice or pepper though. Starter, pasta, mains, dessert and coffee all were done well. This is a place worth trying but I’m basing the four stars on would I rush to come back… not really. The service was okay, not additive which is not what I’d expect spending $1600+. Bottom line: they know how to make and cook pasta. The ricotta toast with mushroom was phenomenal and I don’t like mushrooms. They were rather large too. The pork was so good, the steak was also tasty but the cook on the steak was medium rare and I like touch closer to medium. Wasn’t asked though 🤔 Oh, the Tuna was great too!

What a wonderful dining experience. Subtle decor and attentive staff makes for a wonderful upscale casual dining experience. Everything on the menu looked so good so we went with the tasting menu. Every dish was fantastic. The pasta course was a cauliflower puree in pasta pockets with a lemon style sauce and it was life changing. My words don't do it justice. It was a wonderful date night and we will absolutely go back.

Walked by this place many times and never had a chance to stop by. Today we celebrate a birthday so I decided to celebrate with Vendemmia. Is nice that they are close and walkable to us. We enjoy the atmosphere of this cute little neighborhood restaurant. Great service and everything we have here is amazingly delicious. The price seems reasonable. It is pretty standard for Seattle. We had 3 cocktails, a glass of wine, 1 appetizer, 3 pasta shared dishes, 1 entree, dessert, and is $245 with tips. Definitely going to come here more often. Highly recommend this place!

Delicious spaghetti - best I’ve ever had. Only suggestion I would make is that it should have had better garnish - maybe a larger piece of basil on top and also it would have been a nice touch to be offered freshly grated Parmesan/Reggiano when served. Corkage fee was $50 so we opted to just buy wine by the glass.

Really enjoyed this place. Bright, airy, fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. Took some friends who were here from out of town and they were impressed. We each ordered an appetizer and a pasta and all the dishes were great. Very pleased!

Smaller cozy little restaurant with a cool vibe, its on the street level and has large opening windows to the street which are great when its hot out. Ladies I recomend bringing a jacket if your having an evening or later dinner here, the windows won't always be open but when they are it can get a little chilly. All of the food we had was gourmet and delicious along with some tasty drinks, shout out to our server Jay H for his outstanding service which also added to the experience. Great food, great wine selection and cool atmosphere, looking forward to coming back here.

Interesting place. We tried the chef's tasting menu @ $50/pp... Note, all people at the table must get this, house rules. We received 8 different items to try including a dessert. We definitely didn't leave hungry. The food was pretty good but not amazing. The courses were tasty but didn't really seem to have any connection. The service was great and we ordered some interesting cocktails as well. Worth a try!

Really phenomenal crudo and salad, the drinks were good aside from one of them being too sweet. Definitely not an inexpensive place, but not ridiculously expensive either. Service was pleasant as well.

We live in West Seattle and eat at Raccolto quite often. We couldn't get into Raccolto and decided to check out the sister restaurant as we have heard they are very similar. It was surprisingly not busy like Raccolto is all the time. Which was good for us! We ordered the burrata and tomatoes for an appetizer. The burrata was creamy and very delicious and paired so well with the tomatoes. I cam't remember what dishes we got for main courses but we both got pasta and they were both very delicious. I liked that pasta dish so much! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

We had the 4 course eat-in menu for $45 per person. It's definitely worth the value! The 4 courses are salad, pasta, protein, and dessert. It's chef's choice so the selection will vary by day. We went as a table of four people, and they'll adjust the amount of food depending on the table size. An important thing to know for the $45pp tasting menu is that everyone at the table has to do it! For us, these were our courses: 1) kale salad, beet salad 2) garlic spaghetti, vodka sauce shells 3) seared halibut, fingerling potatoes 4) chocolate panna cotta with blueberry compote, peach cake bar with whipped cream and peaches on top! Our favorites were both pastas and both salads! As for the pastas, one was a garlic white sauce and the other was vodka sauce on shells, with a little spice. The pasta is all handmade, and you can definitely taste that! Each bite was bouncy and firm! The desserts were a little small given the size of the rest of the courses but I'm not complaining bc we were definitely nearing full midway through the 2nd course haha. Again, great value! For the 3rd course, the protein, they gave us seared halibut and a fingerling potato dish. The halibut was a little bland but again, not complaining about getting a filet of fresh fish for the price. The potatoes, on the other hand, were heavenly! They came with an anchovy mayo, full of flavor, and as soon as I bit the potato, it just fell apart in my mouth, crispy and buttery on the outside and steamy soft on the inside.
