Best bone broth I have ever had. I skipped dessert and had a second cup! The restaurant is mostly gluten free which is great for celiacs. The staff were friendly and described the food in a way I haven't heard before, which I really enjoyed. The Korean fried chicken was lovely. The chicken was crispy and the meat was really high quality and juicy. Defs coming back for all the broth and fried chicken.
We came on a Monday at 5:45 and there was no wait. We didn’t get an appetizer but I did get the hot bowl with tofu which was delicious, and my friend got the crab noodles which was also amazing! Portions were good, definitely don’t need to spend the money on the apps. We also got dessert which was an incredible peach olive oil cake. Such a cute ambience in this restaurant.
The atmosphere is very cozy and the place is perfectly lit. The chicken bone broth soup is the best!! Have that as an appetizer. I took a refill as well.
The bibimbap was very average and was super underwhelming. We also got the summer pasta which tasted very very different than any pasta we’ve had. It’s not for everyone but my partner seemed to enjoy it.
For desert we had the carrot cake - make sure you ask them to substitute the cream cheese with fresh cream. This cake was so so good. Ended the meal on a high note.
Excellent food, I mean, truly excellent. Staff was delightful. Atmosphere is lovely and intimate. Highly recommend.
One of the tastiest meals I've had in Seattle in a while, and good prices too. A lovely interior, with prompt service. We split the kale salad (so good), and got two bowls of the crab noodles. If you're going to order anything, order the crab noodles!
Had a wonderful date night. Enjoyed the bone broth appetizer and the craft cocktail was both beautiful and delicious. A wonderful evening if your looking for a great meal in Fremont
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Seattle. You definitely should make a reservation. The food is always very good and the service and atmosphere are great. We love a bottle of wine with our meal. Highly recommend. Love the bibimbap and the chicken sandwich when on the menu!
Was able to walk in and find place at the bar for some quality date time. The servers didn't hover over us and gave us the space needed. The drinks were average, the food better. The flourless chocolate cake was amazing
We were looking for a comfortable, relaxed, but excellent spot in Seattle for dinner and Eve was the perfect choice in every respect. The food is outstanding …. Fresh salmon was the fish special and it couldn’t have been better. We loved the fresh burrata, peaches, and tomatoes.
Highly recommended!
Such a great little gem in Fremont. Being there a few times and always happy with the foods and services. I especially love Eve’s hot bowl with all the ancient grains and lots of veggies. The decorations and vibes are cozy and very chic. Love this place!
Really enjoyed the Eve Fremont! I attended a company dinner and we had the entire restaurant reserved. The service was outstanding, our server told me every time they served a dish which was vegan, and made sure to point out ones I shouldn't eat.
They also brought a small dish of vegan butter with herbs on it for the bread, and vegan feta for the mezza plate. I really enjoyed the salad, and the roasted cauliflower. Everything was delicious. I also enjoyed the rum cocktail I got, but I forgot the name - it had pineapple as well.
Restaurant was comfortable and cute.
Inviting atmosphere, comfortable setting. Clean healthy food. They have house shrub. I had ginger and it was pretty good. Roasted broccolini was a bit salty for my taste. Very creative menu by mixing different cultures.
The service was a slow side. We had a lot to catch up, so it was ok this time. The dessert was tasty! We shared a coconut ice cream sundae with berries. This is a great place for adults but not so for little kids. Brunch maybe ok for kids. There is no parking dedicated for the restaurant. Street parking can be a nightmare at Fremont.
Went for restaurant week with a big group. The food was good. Flavors were unique. In some instances I think the flavors were a little too different or didn't quite work.
All of the dishes were healthy and clearly used fresh ingredients. If you're looking for a New American place with dairy or gluten free, healthy fare (and are okay with unusual flavors) I would recommend.
I had the rutabega soup with pesto and some sort of nut on top. It was dairy free, but still managed to be very creamy. Turned out to be my favorite dish, which was a surprise as I've definitely never had rutabega soup before.
For the entree I had the seafood stew. The shrimp, scallops, squid and clams were delicious, but the coconut broth was very rich and a strong flavor. It tasted more like a seafood coconut curry. Overall I found it a little too rich for such a large serving and couldn't finish it. In a smaller portion, like as a starter, it would have been perfect.
For dessert I had the Belgian chocolate panna cotta. Seriously, it tasted just like a chocolate snack-pack pudding, only with some jam and creme fraiche on top. My friend agreed with my assessment. I like snack-pack pudding, but wouldn't expect it at a fancier restaurant.
They also serve Blue Sky sodas, which was such a nostalgic throwback to my childhood I couldn't resist.
Kind of a fanciful-industrial decor. Like an artist's loft in a modern building. Its all one big open space. They have a bar and restaurant seating. The kitchen opens to the bar area (no dividing wall). It was only half full during our meal, but with the open layout if it was full I think hearing over the noise would be difficult.
I visited Eve with my friend for the first time. We ordered pan roasted cauliflower & smoked feta salad, and they were so good that we were surprised. The place was very loud and we could hardly hear each other across the table. But that was forgivable because the food was great! I'm going to visit again with my husband.
Some of the freshest ingredients you can find for an all around chill evening out on a date or catching up with friends. Food did take a while to come out and overall value was only made due to the Seattle Restaurant Week menu. Not fully sure I'd pay full price for a 3 course meal
A lot of veggie options for food. The practice social distancing and ensure that you're safe.
Loved the food, ambiance and hospitality.
Was afraid that I wouldn't get an early reservation while checking online and decided to call them. They booked us for an earlier time slot so didn't have to wait for over an hour.
Would definitely go there again for trying other options 🙂
The food is very good you really can’t go wrong with any dish. I got the salad with the tahini dressing and it was perfect. The wine selection is great and so is the service. My least favorite was the olives.
