Was just happening by, looking for lunch that wasn't "what I always get ". Also, was looking for a good Autumn, comfort food, that wouldn't be terrible for me. I found it here! I was charmed by the simplicity of the new space, not fully recognized, as they have only been open a week. But the option to have a HEALTHY pasta for a meal? All organic ingredients! Even the Pancetta is organic and from a sustainable farm! And that they have vegetarian and vegan options for those so inclined, was a major bonus. But let's talk about flavor. As I waited, they brought me a sample of their Roasted Squash Soup. And as my wife will tell you , I hate squash! So I hesitantly thanked him, and took a sip. It was so good, I ate the whole thing, and wanted more. For real. The spaghetti with the Armatriciana sauce was the best pasta I have ever had. Period. After I was done, I bought a second order to bring to the crew at the tattoo shop to share with them. Seriously great place. I will be back at least once a week.

Filippo and his team are great! The home made pasta is fantastic and always cooked to perfection; the assortment of sauces includes traditional and new ways; the Porchetta and the Tiramisu' are worth the trip even if you are not in the mood for pasta :-) ...but seriously, how can one not always be in the mood for a plate of Paccheri alla Carbonara?

I don't usually eat pasta, but one cold night it was so cold I didn't want to walk an extra block to chosen restaurant and decided Dueminuti pasta or not was as far as I was going. OMG...what a find...the pasta has 50 percent more protein and less carbs...and was heaven...the sauces exquisite (oxtail ragout melt in your mouth) Needless to say I ve been back 4x in 2 weeks when I worked late and needed nourishment quickly.....I can't say enough great things about this place

The. Easiest and most delicious food I've had on the hill in quite a while! I can't wait to go back. I didn't have to spend $100 to have a nice meal. And the people were very helpful when ordering. Very nice dinner!

Best pasta in Seattle. The campanelle pasta with braised hen, lemon and pistachios is out of this world - and the home-made bread is mindblowing

A vegetarian's paradise! The spinach ravioli, mushroom and white truffle oil pasta, and kale pesto pasta at this Italian spot were divine. A perfect blend of flavors that left me wanting more. Overall, a fantastic experience for vegetarians, proving that Italian cuisine can be both hearty and meat-free. Highly recommend!

Relaxing warm bistro with freshly made pasta and sophisticated sauces- a winning combo for chilly rainy days We ordered these combo: Mushroom White Truffle Oil w/ Campanella Smoked Salmon w/ Bucatini Pomodoro + pork cheek w/ Bucatini Traditional Bolognese w/ Spaghetti All bursting with flavors Only drawback is that they are all on the heavy salty side. Next time I will definitely ask for light sodium Overall a very pleasant lunch

Great pasta! I've had a few different items here but the mushroom and truffle is my favorite. Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you haven't!

Good food. Pomodoro was tasty. Salad- was not a big fan of salad dressing. But their online ordering system is broken, doesnโ€™t let me order and they donโ€™t take phone orders.

This place serves amazing quality and affordable pasta. You have to try their mushroom and white truffle oil pasta because it is freaking delicious. I think two pasta dishes for $30 is such a deal. A must try place๐Ÿ‘

THIS PLACE IS A MUST GO!!! The pasta is made in house and it is fantastic! The menu allows you to create your pasta from start to finish, which I thought was a nice touch. Wine selection isn't bad and it is very busy, so be sure to plan ahead when going. We had amazing help from an employee named Sam. She was very informative of the menu and what to recommend. The tiramisu was ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ! I wish this was a franchise because I would love for more people to try their food. They also have an option to take home the noodles so you can make your own.

Best Italian food I've ever eaten. Carbonara was absolutely delicious, have never tasted Italian like this before. Restaurant was fast, extremely affordable, bathroom was clean, and the service was friendly. 5 star food on a budget, in the best way!

Look, Iโ€™ve been to probably a hundred different Italian restaurants in my lifetime. Iโ€™ve had pasta in Florence, Rome, Venice, Naples, and across Italy. This is hands down the best pasta I have ever had, and at a portion of the price! I donโ€™t know how they manage to consistently deliver amazing quality food in such a fast casual setting. It goes to show what a little ingenuity, a strong attention to detail and process, and a passion for food can do. Please go here. I recommend every pasta dish and their lasagna. Though skip the salads. The salad is terrible.

Got the spaghetti bolognese, which was delicious. The noodles were perfect: extra firm / chewy / al dente! I will definitely be back. The eggplant parmigiana was also good, but not amazing. Btw you order at the counter and bus your own table here; itโ€™s not a full service restaurant.

Handmade pasta at an affordable price! The atmosphere is fun easygoing vibe. If you donโ€™t have a ton of time this is a great choice. Love that Due Cucina has three different locations to choose from. I prefer casual dining and this was a great option! Handmade ravioli was cooked to perfection with great balanced flavors. The carbonara was a little al dente for me and a little bland, but the the ghost oil on the side gave it a great kick!

No frills Italian restaurant with great, inexpensive food! Look at the menu on the wall, order, wait till you here your name and pick up food at the back counter. We both ordered the Smoked Salmon pasta. The pasta was fresh with loads of smoked salmon. We will definitely be coming back.

We found this Italian eatery to be welcoming and comfortable. More importantly, the food was delicious! I had the Lasagna alla Bolognese. Very tasty. My wife had the Mushroom in White Truffle Oil with Bucatini. She loved it. We shared a Bell Pepper Bruschetta. It was really good. Lastly we split a Tiramisu. Very good! I've bookmarked this restaurant for the next time I'm in town.

Their mushroom and white truffle oil pasta and the pomodoro pasta is my go to! Itโ€™s always so consistently good. Definitely my favorite Italian place around. The service is also very speedy and both the pasta and sauces are amazingly fresh. Highly highly recommend!

Ordered a door dash and it was delicious! I only have minor complaints as the homemade ravioli was swimming in oil or butter? It was good!!! There was just a lot of sauce and it was a bit oily. The side salad was good bit the dressing has just a slight bitterness that I didn't expect as usually I expect a balsamic base to be slightly sweet. The white truffle mushroom pasta was fabulous! No complaints at all! And the tiramisu was great! Not the absolute best I've ever had but close. I would definitely order from here again.

Gosh what an amazing pasta place. I'm usually not a pasta person but the flavor of their sauces really blew me away. Their "healthy" pasta option is also really good. Definitely recommend their mushroom and truffle sauce and the carbonara!

Both got the mushroom white truffle oil pasta and it was delicious. I cannot wait to come back and try basically the whole menu. The pasta is handmade and you get a generous portion and itโ€™s super reasonably priced compared to other restaurants that charge $40+ and you get a handful size. This place is great!! Good service, clean and delicious! We added burrata and egg and sausage! Soooo delicious!
