Good service. Nice food. Calamari rings with sweet and spicy sauce. Spicy eggplant with chicken and white rice. It tastes good. The restaurant is busy but the server is nice. The speed is fast so you don't have to wait for a long time.
Thai Ginger, one of my go-to's for Thai food when I want some delicious panang curry, maybe a bit of Larp, and of course some Tom Kha Gai! Had to park in the parking garage which you have to pay for, and then deal with the crowds trying to catch pokemon in the mall, but once you make it to Thai Ginger, its hard to not be satisfied! Now I just have to go to the Madison Park location to complete the Thai Ginger tour of all four locations. They have been able to maintain consistency across all locations, a feat of and in itself!
A delightful little place with great service. A delicious yellow curry and extra veg. My colleague enjoyed the house speciality phad bai. Great for a low carb meal and very tasty.
Visited Thai Ginger for dinner with my brother and sister. We ordered four dishes. The Chicken Satay are chicken tenders marinated with coconut milk and served with Peanut sauce and cucumber salad. One toasted bread is given cut in four pieces. I never knew toasted bread could taste so good when dipped in peanut sauce. I kid you not. Tom Yum Soup (Prawns), (S:6USD / L:11USD) I always order Tom Yum Soup when visiting a Thai restaurant. Something about the sweet, sour and spicy combination that never fails to enlighten me. Salmon Curry, 13USD Salmon curry is a unique combination of choice but it is sure hella good. The Penang curry sauce is ridiculously generous that we are drowned within. Served with sweet basil and green and red peppers, we all enjoyed it. Yellow Curry Fried Rice, 12USD One of the best yellow curry fried rice I've ever tasted in my life. (That's because I hardly eat yellow curry fried rice). Nonetheless I simply love the authenticity o
...pretty good. My favorites are the Chicken Pad Thai and the Crab Rice Special. Portion Size - two main courses does a full meal for two plus left overs
Back to Seattle! Not really. I realized I still had some Seattle food photos on my memory card, so before we parade forward, lets go back in time. Night three of the Seattle business trip showed on me. I was tired, a little cranky, and just agreeing with
I loved it! With 154 votes and a 69% approval rating. I can't imagine why the negative votes. The majority of the clientele in here were of Asian descent too. My party and I were the only round eyes in the restaurant.

Great food!!! Very tasty and had great service!!! Love the curry!!!
Great food!. Great food at good prices. We had the Green Curry (with tofu) and the Seafood Pad Thai. Plenty of seafood in the Pad Thai, great taste! Make sure to get the rice with the Green Curry - thought it would come with it (for the price).
Great food as always but service at this location was lacking.
I love it .. yummy pad thai one of the best. just wish it would be more spicier even though its 5/5 spice..
The fried tofu appetizer was tasty and the red curry was full of flavor.
Went on a Thursday night and it wasn't busy at all. Quick, friendly service and the pad thai we ordered was delicious. Would return the next time we're in town.
Crowded but satisfied. The Thai Ginger in Pacific Place is located in a small place on the fourth floor near the movie theater. And brother, is it ever crowded. Hungry movie goes from before or after the night's festivities lurk around the various fourth floor restaurants, and Thai Ginger is perhaps the most casual option outside of the Johnny Rockets. We got stuck in a cramped space under the TV. However, I have to say that the staff, despite the crowd, was very accommodating even if they were not as speedy as they could be. Why did I ultimately come in favor of this restaurant? I ordered the grilled beef --- a menu item not often present in most Thai restaurant menus --- and it was delicious. Thai Ginger, I give you an "I like it."
Good Food & Quick Service. We have eaten here several times and the food and the service has always been good.
Best Thai I've found!. I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried this little place! It's got wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere, and wonderful service. My family really enjoys this place because of how fresh the food is, unlike most other Thai restaurants. Try the spring rolls! They are my favorite!
Spicyness. Sure, it's awfully mild for a thai restaurant, but it's in Pacific Place. You're lucky it's edible, and that it's actually good is remarkable. There's very little good thai available in the neighborhood, so order a star or two above your usual and you'll enjoy it.
Absolutely delightful Thai flavors at this spot. It's in a mall so not easy to find but definitely a hidden gem. The curry was super tasty, great fried rice and the pad see ew was as good as it gets. The spice levels were perfect. Cucumber margarita was a hit. They have a full bar available.
I was worried about the bad reviews but I flat out disagree with them - maybe things changed. I found the food to be delicious. I had the calamari and the red curry dish. Both of them were packed with flavor and had a good balance of texture and temperature. The sauce for the calamari is very tasty and unique. The red curry is really something special. I’d like to have that again. Here’s what made the red curry even better. The portion was huge and it came out very fast.
The service was great from the moment I walked in. I noticed smiles and attentiveness from the host and server. The lighting is warm and ambient. I think the space is used well. It just needs more customers. It’s actually a good restaurant. I’ll be back the next time I’m in Seattle. If you like Thai food, you’ll like it. I say give it a try.
Thai Ginger is a FANTASTIC find! It is located on the 4th floor of the Pacific Place shopping center alongside other highly rated restaurants. Thai Ginger is local and holds its own, even having the number one rated dish (Pad Thai) in Seattle. (I do not know the official name of the award but it's worth noting even if I don't know the name.).
Great location and ambience! Really kind staff and very attentive
I liked the Cashew chicken stir fry but was hoping for more meat. The sauce is amazing and pairs well with rice.
My husband enjoyed his green curry. Pad Thai was ok- a little bit too saucy and needs more tamarind flavor.
We also enjoyed the fried tofu with a sweet chili and peanut dip as well!
The pork fried rice is so good. The rice is fluffy and the flavor of the egg perfectly blended into the rice. I said this as someone who grew up in Taiwan, I actually prefer the fried rice here than the one in Ding Tai Fung next door. I don’t get why this place gets 3.6 stars. The waiters aren’t super chatty, but I prefer it that way.
Really solid Thai restaurant. Didn’t expect it to be in the mall when searching for it.
I just got the Panang Curry with chicken at level 3 spice. It was very good once I got home to eat it. Tons of chicken pieces/slices and a good portion of veggies.
The staff and waitress was nice and the curry was prepared very quickly. The inside has some Thai charm to it with plenty of exposed wood.
I ordered the Smoked Salmon Curry and it was amazing. They asked how hot I wanted it on a scale of 1 to 5 and got the 5. I've had more spicy at other places so nothing I couldn't handle. I've eaten my fair share of curries but this one must have been the best so far. The taste was perfectly balanced. This place is a hidden gem.
Excellent Thai food in an unexpected place. Don’t let the fact that it’s in a mall scare you away, this is a neat little restaurant.
I decided to try this place as my usual Nara Thai spot shut down. I was hesitant to try this spot due to the negative reviews. I ordered shrimp red curry and ginger chicken for take out. Both the dishes were extremely flavorful. The spice level was perfect and ask for spicy only if u can handle it. The complaints abt the service seem accurate as the 2 waiters in the restaurant seemed clueless. I didnt deduct any ⭐️ as it didn’t impact me. I ll order take out again when I am in town again.
$42 for these 2 dishes is definitely expensive, even by Seattle standards. Apart from the price, everything was top notch. 🇹🇭👌🏾🌶🔥🍲
I really like this place a lot. The servers were very nice and attentive. The food came up fast too. Speaking of the food, it was great! I tried the Phad Thai with pork and the sweet and sour chicken. Both were amazing. Both were lighter and had more flavor than at other Thai restaurants. If you are in downtown Seattle and want good Thai food, then definitely check this place out!
Absolutely the best Thai food since leaving Hawai'i. Prices are reasonable for Seattle and the service was great. We all had great meals and cocktails. This restaurant is on the same floor in the mall as the AMC theater. If can, get in before 6p. Support local businesses it really does matter.
Went here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised because this place didn’t have the best ratings. I actually really liked the food. The portions were pretty big and were all very well made and flavorful. My favorite was the pad Thai and the green curry. The chicken and lettuce wraps were also really good! The only downside is that their prices are way more expensive than most Thai restaurants.
Don’t listen to the reviews. This place is great! The red curry, all the grilled seafood, and the Thai tea was delicious! Definitely our spot for when we come to town for the shows at paramount.
Thai Ginger always satisfies. For years their Pad Thai has been second to none. Ample fish sauce with well cooked noodles always hits the spot. The chicken satay or other curries are also fantastic. There's always a line at Pacific Place so make sure you go a bit early / late.
I went with a group of people for dinner. Ding Tai Fung was too crowded at the time, so we went to this place instead and we get seated immediately.
The food here was ok. Not the greatest among Thai food I tried, but decent. Our server was friendly. Our food was coming pretty fast (good for a quick bite). The price is reasonable.
So 3 star for the food. 3.5-4 overall.
Great staff and amazing food. Service was amazing, and the owner was friendly and hospitable. Food was delicious and probably one of the best Thai restaurants we’ve gone to in a long time. Highly recommend
