Excellent meal at this quaint place. Loved the street corn - so flavourful! The grilled quesadilla had a variety of veggies and came with good amount of dipping sauces. Great tacos - loaded with veggies and toppings. The soup was a little overloaded with tortilla chips. No wait on Saturday afternoon. Friendly service.

Nice upscale yet laid back restaurant, I had the taco combo (two tacos and choice of salad / potatoes or soup etc) . I had the Baja fish and pork tacos, super good! The pork tacos was my fav, it had a nice spicy marinate and a mango salsa. The side salad was surprisingly good, lots of texture and flavour with bits of chorizo inside.

Awesome guacamole 🥑! Really enjoyed the food here, friend chicken tacos are my new favourite. Lots of options for Mexican drinks as well. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with a smaller group of friends.

We came in on a weekday for dinner and the restaurant was quite full. However we still got a table right away. Between the two of us, we ordered 6 tacos - Baja crispy fish, house made chorizo, pork belly bahn mi, mushroom alambre, and sweet potato and poblano. The tacos are quite flavorful- the favorites from these five were definitely the mushroom and the chorizo. The sweet potato and poblano were a bit of a weird combination for me unfortunately and the bahn mi wasn’t the best either (but still good). We also ordered a tamarind-ginger and mezcal margaritas - the latter definitely pack a punch! Both were quite lovely. The chips and salsa are good too - the chips clearly look freshly made and the salsa has a nice smoky flavour to it. Also the salsa portion is quite generous so you won’t run out of a dip which quite often is the case! Overall it feels a bit pricey for tacos but this could also be a shock to my system seeing that I’m coming in from London.

Have been wanting to try Pablo y Pablo for some time. And, it didn’t disappoint. We arrived right when it opened & were lucky to get a table. All other attempts were difficult during higher, peak times. Food was a pleasant “fusion” style take on traditional Mexican fare. I had the Avocado Toast which was amazing. New menu meant I was the first & lucky individual to order this tasty dish. FYI, a bit on the spicy side which was fine by me but beware if that’s not your thing. Really cute & clean restaurant. Will absolutely be back with my wife for dinner & drinks!

Mexican fusion at its most fun, Pablo Y Pablo is home to fun tacos and the best mountain of Nachos in Seattle. Good service and great food.

Amazing experience !! This restaurant is nestled in walking distance from Gasworks park. Although we had to wait for 20 mins on a Friday evening, service was top notch. Food was great, we ordered duck, fish shrimp tacos, chicken enchiladas.

Nachos are by far the best here. Giant portion with vegan chorizo or beans for veg friendly options.

Excellent food and service! We had nachos, a couple tacos, and a quesadilla (like a French dip) and they were amazing. The only small adjustment I’d look for is a bit of salt in the food (the side of rice with the quesadilla was so bland) and the tacos needed some as well. There was no salt and pepper on the tables.

They having some amazing vegan items on their menu. My recs : vegan nachos, sweet potato tacos, kale and mushroom bowl, enchiladas and a side of rice and beans. My only complaint is that it’s a bit overpriced. The vegan nachos are $15 and that doesn’t even have black beans in it, you have to pay extra as an add on.

This is a good place for brunch. (We have not been for dinner). The Tres Leches French Toast, Breakfast Enchiladas, and Chilaquilas were all excellent. Our waiter was fine, a bit too many tables for him, so service was just OK. The Oxacan Mary cocktail (bloody Mary with Mezcal) was superb. Will go again, for sure.

A friend of mine, her 8 yr old son, and I stopped at Pablo y Pablo to try their famous Nachos. Wow, I didn't expect that this appetizer would be masterfully crafted with a tower of crunchy tortillas, a variety of veggies, perfectly seasoned, accented with savory jalapeños rounds and topped with creamy guacamole. (The 8 year old finished the two-thirds of the dish and had room for a yummy chopped salad.) I will most likely return for more Nachos as the exquisite meld of flavors still linger on my palatable memory.

A good friend of mine chose this place to dine after yoga and the food was so good. The service was amazing. The outside sitting was great as well. The classic nachos is a must try if you are dining for the first time. The chicken quesadilla is so yummy. Highly recommend it. Definitely coming back.

I’m me of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant and his week. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Fantastic flavors, tacos are substantial and filling, and everything is well seasoned with enough spice to bring it alive but not burn your tongue off. High quality mexican fare all around, and the servers brought us some complementary guac when they got slammed at dinner service and the wait times for food were a little longer. I will definitely be back!

Great food! A little high on price though. I wouldn't call it super authentic but it is flavorful. We did have a really great margarita that I would highly recommend. 😋
