The ambiance and service are both great and certainly fit the upscale vibe. The food is expensive, though. And in my opinion, it doesn't stand out flavor wise. Maybe I just got my hopes up with all the positive reviews, but I'll stick to other Thai places in the future.
The Devil Wings were a unique appetizer that I hadn't seen at other Thai places, and the Mango Tango drink was very good! I don't recommend the Portobello Lover appetizer. I love Portobello, but I think you could make that one at home.
Had the pineapple rice and it was delicious. Decided to add a side of the garlic jackfruit and I’m so glad I did because it was amazing. Came back the next day to order more before flying home. Cute little restaurant with great service.
Towards the end of our Seattle trip, we wanted something on the healthier side and not too far from where we were staying, we found this vegan place. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Although their Pad Thai, Pad See-ew, satay and potstickers all tasted a bit sour. Still really nice and we liked them overall. But the best part was the dessert. Mango Delight was refreshing and delicious.
The staff were all very friendly and attentive, which enhanced the dining experience and atmosphere.
Avoid if you’re looking for a date spot or have anyone with sensitive hearing. The space is beautiful but it’s also filled with tables and relatively tight.
All that’s keeping Kati from being a 5-star experience is their noise. It was fairly empty and still the people noise level was significant. You will hear lots of loud echoing sounds from the kitchen as well, including the music they have on. The food and service are great, but they’d be smart to invest in a solution for sound.
This was the first place I took my parents when helping me move to Seattle. My dad usually hates vegan restaurants but even he said the food was delicious! Everything was incredibly flavourful, reasonably priced and quick to arrive. Glad I’m living so close to this place - will be coming back!
A favorite Thai Food vegan spot (100% vegan) whenever visiting Seattle on foot. The tofu satay RIVALS the chicken satay for non-vegans. It’s SO GOOD!! Seasonally, they offer pumpkin curry. A must try! The cocktails are the crown jewels of the meal hands down (hence WALKING visits). So know you might be tempted to order a second bevie. Cheers!
The food is amazing. I would rate it up with the best Thai I've ever had. We waited 45 minutes (well worth the wait), It was just a huge disappointment getting back to our air b and b and my 12 year old's fried rice was not with our order. The red curry was packed with flavor and the perfect amount of heat. The fried mushrooms were bomb. I'm hoping we can get reimbursed tomorrow when they reopen as we paid $16 for fried rice we never got to enjoy.
Kati Vegan Thai is a delicious and authentic vegan Thai restaurant in Seattle.
The food is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and the flavors are spot-on.
I highly recommend Kati Vegan Thai to anyone looking for a great vegan Thai meal. Service is very friendly and food to table was quick for our kids.
Overall not the best Thai food but still good and would recommend for vegans.
We ordered two appetizers, spring rolls and jackfruit rice. Spring rolls were ok, mostly lettuce leafs, it was fine not something you need. The jackfruit rice was really good, didn't taste like jackfruit at all and worked really well with the sauce, a really good appetizer to start
The main order I had was the green curry with rice. It was good, not the best green curry I've had in Seattle but still good. Lots of veggies, tofu, and a good spice level to it. I really enjoyed it but was so full I couldn't finish it haha.
If you're vegan this is a good restaurant to check out. If you're not vegan it's good but not the best you can get, but if you're in the area not a bad choice.
The place was really nice for lunch and the entire menu was vegan. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
I was not that impressed by the Pad See Ew as it lacked a bit of flavor to it. The devil wings however were worth the visit. They were perfectly spiced and had a spicy kick to it. You couldn't taste too much of the mushroom and they were perfectly fried. I highly recommend getting the devil wings as a starter.
