Super cozy & cute coffee/study/brunch hang on the first of many gray days to come. Adorable location. Wonderful staff. Quick and polite service!

Cozy, welcoming, neighborhood coffee shop. I always love visiting Irwin’s!! There’s something so nostalgic about it ~ it seems like you’re walking into someone’s house with the half-open kitchen in the back, it always smells so good… and couches & dining tables in front, lots of people reading newspaper enjoying their coffee. The owner is super nice and the coffee is always good! I tried one of their breakfast sandwiches this time, and their pastries are incredible, made friend in-house!! Definitely check them out.

My go to neighborhood cafe. Feels very homely in here. Chicken pot pie is amazing. They also have a great selection of baked things. Review from another visit (29Jan) : The mocha is amazing. The orange cranberry cake is the bomb. The staff is so joyful and cheerful. I love this place.

Decided on a Saturday morning. Found my perfect corner and just melted into the ambience of christmas music, coffee, and an early morning. Walked in to find a full pastry case and someone offering answers to any questions I had. Cinnamon roll ordered, WARM (DROOL), and my latte; they let me know the drink would be called out at the end and they would bring me my pastry when it was ready. I thanked them kindly and floated around inside looking at local art and sings and posters. My drink was called out in no time and was served in the perfect 8 oz white porcelain mug. Espresso was strong, not bitter, but a bite for sure. The oat milk they use looked like the Oatly brand, could change, but I think that is what they used. Overall so grateful to have a warm handmade latte on such a cold day. I found my seat as I overheard a regular ordering their regular Americano and confirming they do in fact like room in their cup. Sat down right by a little wifi posting, convient. Wifi works great for my apple mac. Dogs coming in and out, older folks folding through newspapers, and the lull of that specific kind of joy that comes with a sunny day in Seattle. Cinnamon roll came as promised, warm, and delicious. A yummy contrast to the cool air. Cannot wait to make a return to the little corner coffee shop.

Irwin's has always been my favorite neighborhood bakery and the spot I always suggest meeting up with friends and colleagues. But today, on Christmas Eve, I called them in the afternoon to see if they might have any leftover bakery they could donate to a local transitional home for veterans. They immediately said yes and gave me everything that was left at closing— which was so much! I wish they could've seen how happy the veterans were when I brought it by as a surprise. Thank you for being an amazing cafe in terms of both food AND heart for the community!!

We all have our differences. When you choose to set them aside you can enjoy the artistic nature of this kick back shop. It’s a local and neighborhood favorite. It’s the perfect place on a Seattles best Spring and Summer day. Warm up with it this winter and say hi!

Such a cute little cafe that has covered outdoor seating. My favorite is the herb feta biscuit, so good!

I really like this cafe☕️💕 You can relax and feel cozy☺️🎶 Their coffee is not the best for me, but you can refill your cup with just $.50!! And they have 2 coffee options, some milk substitutes and some spices for refills on the counter in front of the cashier counter☕️🥛✨ It’s always popular, so you might not be able to get any seat… but customers don’t stay there so long. so, no worries!! Pets are not banned in the cafe, but there might be some customers don’t think it’s ok… I’ve seen couple times people came inside with their dogs, and the big dogs shed a lot🦮🐕‍🦺 You had better to refrain from staying inside with your dogs👍

Cozy neighborhood vibe. The yogurt parfait was beautiful, but too sweet for me… it was like having an ice cream sundae for breakfast
