Amazing cocktail list! Our talented bartender Jacob was very helpful at guiding us through the extensive drink menu. Very unique, creative fresh flavors. Especially enjoyed the summery watermelon drink made with shochu, and the classic Old Fashioned. Coming back soon for the happy houso we can try the food and more of the cocktails! Cheers 🍸❤️

Excellent, made-from-fresh-ingredients food with fresh, welcoming staff to match. A revolving menu of specials such as matcha tiramisu are delightful and you can leave without complaints from your pocketbook. I lived in Japan for 12 years, and this place is like some of the great neighborhood spots that I loved.

Amazing food, and everyone here is really nice! Used to live in the neighborhood, but still make a drive to eat here on a regular basis. Super fresh fish and great flavors. Worth a visit!

My wife and I enjoyed our first outing to Yoroshiku and are looking forward to returning. I had the okonomiyaki and my wife had the cold ramen and both were delightful. Our server James was also helped fly with sake recommendations. Loved the space as well. We look forward to returning again.

Yoroshiku is such a wonderful source for Hokkaido style comfort food. I find their Spicy Miso Ramen to be a great antidote to a drizzly cold Seattle evening. It's definitely on my shortlist of restaurants I can't live without.

The ramen is awesome, but the real secret to eating here is eating off the weekly specials menu, which is always changing. The weekly specials menu consists of super authentic modern Japanese izakaya dishes. Very satisfying, plus the service and Kei-San, the owner, are great!

The soup ramen and tsukemen at Yoroshiku are consistently excellent. I am often drawn to Yoroshiku by the chef's dinner "specials"--the kind of highly creative and original dishes that just stand out in a food lover's memory. Because the "specials" are typically created from seasonal or special ingredients that the chef has managed to get his hands on, they are seldom repeated. Most definitely a gem of a restaurant.

This is hands down the best ramen in Seattle or Bellevue and the closest I have had to ramen in Tokyo.

Gluten free ramen here!!!! The gluten free ramen was pretty good. The boiled chicken it came with could have used a little more seasoning, but overall the dish was good and I will come back. (Honestly where else can you find gluten free ramen....!!). The entire menu is a great selection of grilled treats, sushi, and other hot dishes. This is a great option for Japanese comfort food.

Yoroshiku ❤️ you have my heart. Best Ramen place I ever visited by far. Fresh broth and delicious preparation. Fisherman's Ramen - best was clams and salmon. Zaru ramens broth was the yummiest with sesame seeds, chilli oil and crushed ginger on the side. Tofu spicy miso topped in flavours. Tan taka tan drink was okay but go for the Lichiko drink (burns and heats you up with that first gulp) was delish. Matcha tiramisu is real...you can taste the matcha flavour on your taste buds. Limited covers so it's a must to be here on time. The staff is sweet and helpful, they'll make sure to make you comfortable and explain each ramen, it's ingredients even the drink. My heart was full just like that Bowl 🍜

Went for late night snack and ramen. The servers were really sweet and made sure we were being taken care of. we sat on a bar and was able to see how our food was made which was fun and chef was very friendly! Our favorites was Egi katsu, I can taste and feel the shrimp. Loved the texture and sauce veggies with the bun! The fisherman ramen went well with our food as it was subtle and tasty. The seafoods were all quite good quality and was harmonious! The noodles of ramen were the best part, felt like it was home made which I loved! The drinks were also on point that we didn’t wanted to leave!

Vibrant ambience! Staff friendly but quite busy. We had to share a table with another group, so had to talk louder🤣 Very good ramen noodle! But limited food selections Recommend: 🌟🌟🌟 fried chicken wings: sooo good! Tender and juice inside, crispy and spicy skin. The dipping spicy sauce also very good!! 🌟🌟🌟shishito pepper: the vinegar sauce soooo good!! The pepper is grilled to the perfect degree!! Juicy and not spicy! 🌟🌟🌟yuzu chu-hi: I love yuzu flavor!! And this yuzu chu-hi is sooo yuzu and good! 🌟🌟chicken tsukemen: one of the best ramen noodle I’ve ever had! The noodle is in different shape than normal ramen noodle. The tsukemen is flat and thicker. The best part of the noodle is that it’s so tender but not too firm! The broth is not too thick or salty, so great for dipping. The cold noodle adds a fresh taste to the tongue!

I had the Umami Dashi Ramen with Pork Chashu (pictured) and hubby had the Wagyu Shoyu Ramen. Broths were decent and flavorful. Meats were tender and tasty. We also had the Shishito peppers (pictured) which added more flavor with every bite. From the specials for today I ordered the Spicy Salmon Roll which was a delight. Would come again and try other specials they might have

Service was prompt and the food was memorable. I had the wagyu ramen. The noodles were the perfect texture and the meat was melt in your mouth quality.

I was greeted immediately when I walked in and seated right away. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful and the ramen was delicious! I got the umami Dashi ramen, and it had the best broth I’ve ever tasted, it was so umami!!! 100/10 recommend

super chill place to have some warm ramen. fair price。wonderful food compare to the price。 the server recommended fisher ramen. Very flavorful. But a bit too salty for me. We also ordered mushroom vegan ramen which I like more. Less salty and more refreshed. The must order is actually the fried chicken bun! This is legit! Except the portion is a bit too tiny. But omg, please order it. The best!

I'd give it ten stars if I could. My new favourite place to eat in Seattle. Can't wait to come back. Food is delicious, fairly priced, lot of drink solutions, beautiful Japan-Washington fusion decor, and the owner is a very authentic guy. A great experience. I've had it twice already and hope to get it once more before I leave. Come hungry, you won't be disappointed.

I love the egg noodle in the ramen. The mochi pizza was different but tasty. I had high hopes for the shishito peppers because the version I had at another restaurant was slightly breaded and was truly light and delicious, but here it was just fried as is, not breaded so it was not special. The miso salmon roll was a bit disappointing because I thought the sweet sauce was too overwhelming and overtook the true taste of the salmon.

We got a reservation here because we had read online about how great this place was. It was very busy so I think the reservation was helpful! We got a sake flight--I had never tried sake before and was pleasantly surprised. The buttered scallops and Saba sushi we had for appetizers were delicious. And then my fiance had the spicy miso ramen and I had the Hokkaido chiroshi. All of the food was delicious! Atmosphere and service were also good.

Greatly enjoyed our dinner at Yoroshiku--we climbed ~3.5 miles of hill to get there (took a car share back again) and it was worth it. Seattle weather cooperated and we were able to eat outside and watch the line ebb and flow as people exited Yoroshiku and headed next door to its Indigo Cow for Hokkaido soft serve (we definitely ended our meal with a cone). We appreciated being able to place (and update) our order via the QR-code app and shared: Spicy Zangi Chicken Bao, Zangi (Hokkaido-style fried chicken), Tuna Mentai Roll, Spicy Miso Chashu Men, and Hokkaido Chirashi (thick cut sashimi, wild sockeye salmon, ikura, tuna, shime-saba, Hokkaido scallop over sushi rice, wasabi, sushi ginger, roasted), and Pork Belly Okonomiyaki all of which were delicious. Service was generally great, though the Pork Belly Okonomiyaki took a very long time to come out (we did get a heads up that that would be the case). Would definitely return.

Literally cannot go wrong with anything on their menu here. The broth is some of the best I've had in Seattle with tender meat and perfectly cooked noodles with the right amount of chew. Their fried chicken slaps as well!

So nice to have a ramen spot on 45th! The lunch combos are a good deal, and the menu is extensive enough to keep things interesting.

Yoroshiku is right in the heart of Wallingford. They have a good sized menu and decent pricing with average portion sizes. Their flavors are great though, which includes their Ramen, appetizers like spam fries, and shishito peppers. The staff here are super nice and friendly, and food comes out decently quick too. They get quite busy, so making a reservation is recommended as they probably only have about 20 tables inside. Make sure to check out what bottles of sake or Whiskey they have against their giant wall as well.

This review is for my Seattle Restaurant Week experience. I came with high expectations since I’ve gotten many recommendations for this place. Perhaps we just didn’t order the right stuff and while they were tasty (noodles were great), it was just an okay experience, and service left much to be desired. Also, the Restaurant Week menu wasn’t a really good deal, as most items would have been about the same price if you got them ala carte. I’d still like to come back and try out their regular offerings, though!
