So amazing. We have been for brunch and dinner. Love the cauliflower and mussels for dinner. Everything on the brunch menu was really good! Great for large groups.
Fun and modern decor, an interesting innovative menu with lots of options for every taste and exceptional service. An on-site parking garage is an added bonus! The grilled octopus was exceptional and cocktails were top notch. Would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!
Ate at Gather yesterday for Easter brunch. Extraordinary preparations, high quality ingredients, fine service, relaxed setting. All in all a wonderful meal and experience. Thank you!

Delicious and creative dishes, nice ambiance, and a great location!
Food is great. The salmon special I had tasted very summer-y, a nice balance of subtly sweet and savory. Fried cauliflower was surprisingly delicious and a great meat substitute. Very reasonable size of serving. Nice service of the waitress. Modern and chic decor. Perfect for a small gathering.
We decided to day to head to Ballard for brunch and I'm so glad we did. This restaurant is so great! The hostess and waitress today at brunch was awesome. They are so nice and the restaurant is a new favorite when I come to visit. The eggs Benedict with chorizo was so good. The chorizo was just the right spice and the poached egg was absolutely mouth watering and perfect. It is one of the few places I've been they still do a coffee press and it is so worth the wait. You would be crazy not to like this place. We had such a great time. Hats of to the two chefs what a great menu with so many unique choices but you all cooked the meal to perfection.
Good crab eggs Benedict and chicken and waffles. Chicken has a nice Buffalo sauce spice drizzled on it. Also, the hollandaise sauce has the perfect amount of lemon flavor. The classic bloody Mary was just right!
Delicious brunch in Ballard! Service was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Medium poach Eggs Benedict we're perfectly done. Pancakes were light and fluffy. Will definitely be back!
I went here for Happy Hour and it was great!! $3 off small plates, $2 off house cocktails & draft beer, and $7 house wine. We got the Braised Pork Shoulder Sopes, the Semolina Gnocchi, and a tuna tartare. 10/10 would order each of them again. They were all rich so it ended up being enough food for dinner even though they're starters.
Gather is a nice little restaurant that has the overall feel of a trendy gastropub but the prices and food quality of a finer dining experience. It's not really what I expected when I walked in, and I think that that might play a role in how dead the restaurant was early on a Saturday evening (although trendy little quirks like making up happy hour drinks and then not actually explaining them on the menu probably don't help). The service was good (probably assisted by the fact that we were literally the only diners until nearly the end of our meal) and the food was honestly amazing. Although I enjoyed my visit, I'm not sure whether I'll be back. Gather fills kind of an awkward niche for me where it's not priced for a casual dinner but doesn't have the ambiance of a fine dining establishment, so I guess it will depend on what I'm looking for in future. All I can say is that if the price is no issue, the food is absolutely worth checking out.
Has been one of my favorite happy hour spots, but pleased to see they have reopened for Brunch 7 days a week. Really enjoyed the Chicken and Waffles with Sambal. May be too spicy for some. More savory than sweet.
Absolutely incredible local breakfast. They have very interesting twists on traditional breakfast food like chicken and waffles and eggs Benedict. 10/10 will gather again.
TLDR: Good brunch spot, a bit expensive, spacious interiors, reserved parking.
Food & Drinks: They don’t seem to offer Coffee drinks as a option on their menu which is surprising for a brunch place. I’m usually looking for a dose of mocha when I show up for Brunch, but I made do
With their mimosa which was great! They give you your own personal Prosecco with a choice of either grapefruit or orange juice and you can mix your own mimosa the way you like it.
For food we got the Eggs benedict with dungeness crab which was fantastic. The Hollandaise sauce perfectly complimented the well poached eggs and crab.
Also got the Spanish Omlete, which was a loaded omlete complete with a piece oyster, chorizo and potatoes. However it did have a bit of over powering flavour of smoked peppers which I did not like.
Ambience: They have spacious, well decorated interiors.
Service: They let us in just 15 mins before close time and provided great service. They have reserved parking in a parking lot near by, so don’t forget to get your parking ticket validated.
Price: This is a bit on the expensive side. Dishes range from 15-20 dollars. Drinks are around 8-10$.
Cost us ~72 for 2 people including tip.
Very interesting and tasty menu. While considering the options, we ordered the "donuts" in fact are airy pillow begneits with Chantilly cream and berry sauce. Jaw dropping, really. I liked my breakfast, but the donuts eclipsed everything else.
