We stopped here before dinner at Il Terrazzo Carmine and would pick this spot over the restaurant to return for dinner. Two completely different atmospheres, but unless you're taking your parents or grand parents to dinner Intermezzo Carmine is more my speed - modern, and cozy staffed with friendly, informative laid back servers. The menu was similar to what the parent restaurant was serving and well done. We ordered a number of different cocktails and the bartender did a great job - not sure if they considered themselves a mixologist but seemed to be on that level.

Fantastic friendly place with the best drinks in town. The bar staff, Joe, Tristan, Josh, Rich, Scott, and the excellent manager Cody all make this place a treat.

Grabbed lunch with a friend and wow! I really enjoyed the warm, comfortable, and modern interior, with great lighting, plush sofa-style seating along the walls and chic pressed-metal seating throughout. The prosciutto de Parma sandwich was amazing and unique, the cocktails were tasty, and the service was friendly, prompt, and consistent from start to finish. Great spot for a lunch date, a meeting, or just an enjoyable meal and a cocktail. I'd definitely repeat the experience!

Atmosphere, Food, Service. Its all awesome! I plan on living here. The Frutti Di Mare and Steak Tartare is to die for. Cant get enough. Cody the GM and Carmine the owner are always friendly and always lookin sharp. Did I mention the super long comfy couches?! Grab a Roy Rogers too! They make the grenadine in house and have aged cherries to accent it with. Simply Amazing.

What a breath of fresh air Intermezzo is!!! I love the sophisticated, light filled, comfortable feeling of this restaurant. Thankfully Intermezzo is NOT a man cave, however men LOVE it too. What a great addition to Pioneer Square. Amazing food, service and style.

Wonderful place for lunch (And dinner which I’ll be coming back with my wife). The place is designed in such a way that place a smile on your face the second you enter. Now for the food, we had the Arancini, Grilled Green Salad, Tagliatelle Basilico and the Mezzelune. The Pasta is hand made, which you can feel for yourself, and all the tastes are very good. Highly recommend especially on a sunny day when the porch is open.

Ate at the bar early one Friday night and really enjoyed our time here. Pastas were excellent, service was prompt and friendly, and drinks were top-notch (including a very creditable negroni.) If you find Il Terazzo a little too "white tablecloth" for your tastes (as I do), this is the place.

Surprisingly cheap eats, given the decor and the location. My $14 cocktail was both overpriced and very disappointing, but the food was really solid. The $6 stuffed olives are well worth it and the $14 duck confit is a steal. Stick to happy hour drinks and you'll be fine.

One of my favorite places. The inside is beautiful the food is amazing, consistently. The restaurant is somewhat hidden so you feel like you got a special invite to am amazing place. There is a parking garage with valet parking so you do not have to worry about anything.

Bone marrow was excellent. Typically restaurants only provide one bone so the proportions is worth the price.

Great place. Service is top notch, food and drinks are rich, delicious, and moderately priced. Can be lively or very intimate depending on the level of bustle in Pioneer Square. Indoor and outdoor seating areas are both comfortable and cozy. Great bar for just going and hanging out with the bartenders - they are very good at what they do, and very informative. Great for a nice drink out, or a nice slightly less formal dinner.

Wonderful decor and delicious food. The best thing was the professional and personal service. We sat in the bar for happy hour/dinner. I can hardly wait to experience the dining room! Just go...you will love it!

Love love love this place! The service is 5* ad so is the food! I highly recommend the Caesar salad, it’s fresh and homemade, and I love The anchovies on top! The shrimp and crab ravioloni are TO DIE FOR as is the salmon pasta. I didn’t take to the tomato calamari though, I thought they were too gummy and overcooked. The sauce was a bit sour too.
