For my commute from Seattle to Portland on Amtrak Cascades 503 at 7:22 AM theres not a lot of coffee options to choose from near King Street Station, believe it or not!
One of my favourites opens at 7 o’clock, so I went in search and so glad I found here!!
They roast their coffee locally and have a specialty called the Honey Blossom latte. Highly recommend it.
They barista an artist in his own right is among the most pleasant purveyors I’ve run across this past year in Seattle!
They open at 6:30 and within 5-10 minutes of Seattle’s King Street Station depending how briskly you walk.
I love discovering new jewels and they certainly qualify!
Fairly good coffee and tea at Pegasus and it is just across the street from Piroshki on 3rd. The ambiance is nice with seating on the entrance floor with a loft area upstairs. This gives the main room an airy feeling and lighting is good. The seating downstairs is fairly standard for a coffee house while the loft reminds me of a dorm lounge with the nondescript tables and chairs interspersed with some lounge chairs. Coffee was OK and London Fog was pretty good.
Stumbled upon this place as I was looking for a place to have a cuppa, read a book and chill before the day started. The barista that day was so nice and friendly. Told me the story behind all the magnets on display on the coffee machine.
This is a place where the barista knows the regulars by name and even their preferred drink. So refreshing.
Pegasus has been my go-to coffee for two years! The barista Apollo is so kind and consistently makes excellent coffees ☕️
The best coffee in the town come here and ask for Apollo he’s the best and will always make your morning or mid afternoon great
I really love Pegasus Coffee - I come here with my team on in office days. Friendly place with an awesome magnet collection and expertly crafted espresso drinks. Highly recommend.
A great place for a coffee or if you need a spot to hang out and work from. Apollo and the rest of the staff are super friendly. Pay them a visit.
Super friendly peeps serving excellent caramel lattes! Wish I lived here.
Bainbridge or downtown, I love this place. Old world charm meets modern and BOMB espresso by far
New bus route downtown and went by Pegasus while walking to my Pioneer Square office. Decided to stop for my morning coffee. Delicious! Open early 6:30, which is good for us early risers. 1/4 mile from my office.
Came across this coffee bar today and I had such a lovely coffee and the server was so nice. I worked from there and took a few calls upstairs. Really good coffee if your downtown and similar prices to the chains so win win
Great batch brew drip. As good as most pourovers.
Old school feeling coffee shop that has been here forever. It's a real nice chill atmosphere. Coffee is good and there are some pastries and etc. This is a good place to stop for morning coffee or just hang out for a bit. This location has a secluded upstairs area that is away from the line of customers. If you pass by you should stop in and check it out.
Wonderful coffee shop in downtown Seattle, with the vibe of a smaller neighborhood joint. Super friendly staff and delicious coffee. This place is actually old school, they've been serving coffee for a really long time. I don't know how long but over 20 at least, maybe 30? Point is, they know what they're doing and they treat the customers right. If you're in the area, check them out!
Attending training downtown and have enjoyed popping in each morning for excellent coffee (Cafe latte with 3 pumps of vanilla and an extra shot). Today I had one of their delicious homemade chocolate chip and walnut cookies! Love this little coffee shop!
I was skeptical to visit a coffee shop during this pandemic but I decided it give it a try and it was definitely worth it. The place was clean and well sanitized. Baristas were very friendly and kind, they do seem they care for their customers. I ordered a hot latte and a cold americano and the taste was just as good as a coffee you can get from a big franchise.
Awesome coffee and friendly service, good selection of eats, yogurt, salad etc. The white chocolate americano is delicious and ask them to add pistachio for added amazingness. Never very long lines and open super early.
Only complaint is there is zero funky artwork, not much character other than corporate coffeeshop images so slightly sterile like Starbucks (no offense).
Great staff though, all friendly and good at their jobs
Friendly team, solid product. Area feels a little sketchy, but this is a nice spot to meet someone for a cuppa. Nice loft with seating to be out of the bustle. Saw that they set unused pastry outside the front door at the end of the day, which seemed like a nice gesture.
