So Darn Good. (This) Toshi's is the top contender for my favorite Teriyaki joint. It's very consistent. I usually have the sirloin/chicken breast combo... but the last time I was in, I threw caution to the wind and ordered the Chicken Breast and PORK Combo. Every once in awhile I walk on the wild side :-)
If you like to dine in, there are plenty of tables to eat at and a ton of community happenings on the wall to catch up on.
As for take out...They rock!
I know it sounds silly.. but they don't tie the bags so tight you can't open them.

Skewer chicken & teriyaki beef/ribs. Our first time at this place. We ordered the skewer chicken and the ribs. The service was great, the gentleman was really friendly and made sure we were doing okay. Very polite and gave us some beef to sample. Very nice. Order inside and get free TEA! Yum! Restaurant was clean and chill place.

I came here a couple of days ago and ordered thigh chicken teriyaki. The food was good and the order was done pretty quickly, it took around 10-15 minutes to be done. Though the food was good, the service was very average, lower than average. The lady who took my order acted like she was in a rush and did not speak slower when I asked. Overall everything was good except the service, it was a bit lacking.
Always amazing food, I have been eating here since before my 10 year old was born. I worked at Pier1 in Westwood before it was Ulta and would enjoy my lunches here. The owner is so nice, she has been here forever! Wonderful service and very quick.
I really like this place when I ate first time the teriyaki place and but it taste good though😋
It is pleasant place to have your lunch/dinner. What I have noticed, the prices are a little higher than in Tacoma area.
One thing that will be great (as well noticed in the same places), the water is available in cups. But is the customer wants to buy in bottle or a soda, that’s his/her choice.
Overall like the place, probably I’ll stop by again if I’ll be in the vicinity. 😉

This is a quick and easy lunch spot. The food is delicious and they get it out quickly. There is limited seating. Great prices. I saw the counter persons interactions with regulars and it was great to watch. If I lived close by I would want to be a regular.
When in doubt, go for Toshi’s takeout.
It’s only a few blocks away from where i live and the taste is good. The portions are huge and the sauce is generous. I like the Original Teriyaki Chicken and Chicken Katsu.

This is an awesome little restaurant. Great food, friendly service and mostly good atmosphere, it xan get sketchy sometimes. Get the potsickers! Yakisoba, so good!
This was my first time and my experience was very pleasant and the food was good. I had shrimp fried rice which is my favourite... Yakisoba noodles 🍜 is my other favorite dish...
I visited Toshi's today, my go-to place for takeout lunch. However, due to waiting on a prescription being filled near buy, I decided to dine inside. I had a pleasant conversation with the woman who I presume to be the owner, as she is always present. Small businesses like Toshi's are commendable for offering excellent customer service and high-quality products, particularly in this case as one of the best teriyaki restaurants in West Seattle. It's refreshing to interact with owners who genuinely care about their businesses and customers.
I love this place! I appreciate that they do traditional shredded cabbage with vinegar for salad. Great teriyaki, gyoza and katsu. I frequently call in an order to bring home, but shop was stylishly remodeled during covid. It's a west Seattle staple.
Tasty food, large portions, and great service. Will definitely be picking up food from here again.
