Loved the Xiamen style spring roll, and the crab on sticky rice was pretty tasty too. Food is flavorful and not too heavy, which suits me well. The staff is also very friendly. This is a famous chain from Xiamen, a coastal city in China, and the dishes I tried lived up to the reputation.

This Hey Ming is the same one Xiamen, Fujian. I am from Fujian, and this restaurant definitely reminds of the taste of my hometown. Recommended dishes: Xiamen pancake wrap 厦门薄饼, black pepper dice steak 黑椒铁板牛肉粒,noodle in sauce 卤面,shrimp in shacha sauce 沙茶虾仁. The dice steak is super juice. It comes with the hot plate while it's sizzling. The pancake comes with variable dishes to wrap with, and it provides you layers of flavors. Only down side of this place is the waiting time. It recently opened so the preparing time is a little bit longer. When you finished one dish, you may not have your next one coming out yet. I was not restrict of the waiting time for the new open restaurant. But I hope they can resolve this issue in the near future.

Family style fish, good for groups, quick service. This used to be called Joyfish, and this is a similar format with slightly different options.

After eat Sichuanese, Cantonese, and Shanghainese cuisine for years, Hey Ming offered me a different Chinese cuisine style to try out. The flavor of the food is well balanced. Not too light while not too salty either. Surprising to me is that they don't have too many customer for the few lunches I had here. I found their special egg roll unique and interesting. I would recommend people to try it out.

Their new fish dishes, Hot Chili Oil Fish and Sauerkraut fish were soooo delicious, they are the best dishes I ever had in other restaurant, favored, tasty, and valued price, definitely enough for two of us!! They keep their tradition grilled fish, and the fired rice was a delight!

This place was called JoyFish before. I think they just changed their name, but the dishes are pretty much the same. I liked the fish in chilly oil. The only complaint I had with this dish is the lack of veggies. Fish was fresh and juicy. Overall good fish and good service.

Dropped by for dinner and had the satay shrimp (s) and it was very good. A nice bit of a spice bite and very tasty. I also got to sample the cucumber beef soup and it was tasty. Drop by and give this treat a try.
