One of my favorite neighborhood Starbucks. The store is roomy and easy to get around. Easy to park if I’m driving. I’m always able to find an open spot to sit. Patrons are quiet and respectful. Staff is friendly and greets customers with a smile.

This morning I came in to get my usual breakfast to go and another customer was being extremely rude and forward with me—it was obviously very unwanted attention, and the guy wasn’t getting the hint, but thankfully the manager stepped in and took him aside to speak to him. I feel terrible that I don’t know her name, but I’m extremely grateful to her for recognizing the situation for what it was and doing something about it, especially as a woman. Thank you Plus, the staff here is always super friendly and kind in general! Michael, Marcus, Joe, Grace, and Mark are all awesome!

You can always count on customer service being outstanding. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Coffee is always consistently wonderful. A great place to have a cup of coffee, read a book, unwind after work, use the free wifi or visit with friends.

I saw Jen be absolutely incredible with a little kid, maybe age 8 or so? She complimented the kid on their fashion sense, especially their cool pink fuzzy jacket! The kid was so starry eyed. She had such a great way of lighting up their imagination and creative spirit. It was a wonderful moment to witness! Thank you Jen!

This Starbucks has the nicest and most kind employees I have ever met at a Starbucks. This is for sure my favorite Starbucks location, I have never had a single bad experience here or messed up order!!! Highly recommend coming here!

I went in today and noticed that the gentleman saw me parking and started to make my drink before I even walked in the door! I was in & out in less than 2 minutes! I *LOVE* this place! (I just feel bad because I'm horrible with names & can't remember his at the moment... 😕)

Ordered a carton of coffee for a brunch in the park and got great customer service over the phone. Had to call a couple times to change the pick up time and charge my card. I generally think of Starbucks' coffee as average but what we got was really, damn good. Delicious! Thanks ladies. :)

The last couple of times I've been there, they've had one problem or another: first, they were out of the chicken sausage and bacon biscuits. I need those in my life. They reduced it by giving me whatever I wanted at no extra charge-a latte and a slice of pound cake. Second, their mobile order drink dingus wasn't working. It's no big deal, I just told them what I wanted and they made it. They take care of their customers here, but it's crucial to keep those biscuits in stock.

One of my personal favorite location's. Plenty if space and never to busy so it's always comfortable. I've never had a bad experience with any employees either, so that's a definite plus!

This morning I needed to head to Burien to visit an old friend of mine. I had recently moved to the Roosevelt and NE 65th Street area. There in this small neighborhood mall is another old friend Starbucks. Today must have been a day for the ladies over 65 for they were at Starbucks in force and dressed like they meant business. Like the Ladies from the woman's Century Club......they may have been on tour. The staff was friendly and the coffee house clean and proper. The lady at the register was quirky and the young man blending my Carmel Frapacino looked like he knew his stuff. The frap was just what I needed to add that little bit of charm to my early morning Rush. Thanks you guys.

Though it doesn't have the neighborhood spirit of Wayward or Broadcast coffee spots nearby, this Starbucks is a reliable place to get coffee or a free wifi connection. Most importantly they open at 5:30 a.m. during the week so I often stop when I have to head to work early (bus stop is at Park & Ride under I-5) and I need to get caffeinated...

I usually would never give a Starbucks a food star rating with them being a chain, not making very good coffee, all being the same inside Yada Yada yada. However I have to say there are some things that I like about this Starbucks. First of all it has parking even though it I located in an area where parking is limited. Secondly while you spend your summer days sweating at most other coffee shops in the area they have air conditioning. And while usually Starbucks tend to be totally packed this one usually has plenty of seating including those really comfy chairs that you just love to lounge on with a really good book. Add to all of that a friendly staff that always remembers your name and usually what you drink and I would say this Starbucks is a winner.
