While being able to conveniently ship items, as well as have a mailbox, is such a boon, both locations of the Sip & Ship are favorites. Grabbing a card, gift wrap/bags, as well as being able to find a perfect gift has become an almost weekly routine. Friendly staff, good coffee, and pretty spaces also make it an easy choice. Oh and the iced matcha drink they have right now is my go-to afternoon pickup.
In full disclosure, I am a customer at the Ballard location because I have to be there frequently, even though I live closer to Greenwood. The staff here are great, and their cafe stools and bar table faces out the window, besides the outdoor tables and chairs. Six stars out of five.
Just like the Ballard location, Sip and Ship Greenwood is much more than a convenient place to mail something. It's a cafe where you'll always see a familiar face, a gift shop to pick up something thoughtful for a friend or client, and a reliable resource for the small businesses in the neighborhood. The team is always professional and courteous. 10/10 recommend.
Stopped in for a chai and was greeted by Sharon. She was great and answered all my million questions! Ordered a chai with oat milk & almond syrup and the lemon loaf. 10/10 for both. Everything was fantastic. No long wait and the inside of the store is super adorable! Will be my new favorite cafe to grab my chai on my way to work now ☕️
I run a small business and I love having Sip and Ship as a partner for all my mailing and shipping needs. I don't have to worry about providing my home address as a business address. It's quite great that they provide mailing addresses that are not PO boxes.
I love the atmosphere of this store. Everyone is so friendly. Yes they do great coffee and handle all your shipping needs...and I love that they carry a variety of items that make great gifts. :)
Yummy “wildflower latte”! I had it iced with soy. It has honey and lavender, so good. Haven’t used the ship part yet but I am actually motivated to make my way here and mail out returns for my online orders, because I get to have a tasty bev in a pleasant environment. Definitely try them out!

We've been using Sip and Ship, where we have a mailbox, for over five years, both for personal and business needs. Several things have always stood out for me with them. First, the service is top notch. The people that work at S&S are always very nice, very capable, and very responsive. It's clear that Diana, the owner, makes a point of carefully screening and training employees. Probably my only regret in this area is that one day you suddenly realize that someone you've gotten to know a little over the months has moved on, and that you weren't able to thank them for all their wonderful help.
The second thing that stands out for me with Sip and Ship is that Diana is very good at running a business and, in particular, focusing on customer needs or interests. It's on display everywhere in her stores, including the quality of her employees and the wonderful taste in the products she sells (Sip and Ship is more than just a shipping and mailbox center).
So, in a word, a big thanks to everyone at Sip and Ship, past and present.

My favorite coffee shop in Phinney Ridge/Greenwood area. The really did a good job on the atmosphere. Very friendly people and a good place to do your shipping, as well as get cards and gifts. I need to stock up for mothers day.
We've used Sip and Ship for our business mailbox for many years. We also take advantage of their mail forwarding, so I've never had to actually go into the shop. Until I happened to be in the area last week, so I swung by. Diana was so helpful and her team has been a no fuss, no stress, no problems part of our business mail solution. They've been on cruise control for years and mail has always gotten where it needs to go. Appreciate all they do!
I visit here often and before today would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately I had a less than pleasant experience today. I needed a receipt for my prepaid returns (the online site instructed so) and asked for one; have been given paper receipts here before. The person at the front desk was very condescending when I said I’d prefer a paper one over an email one (the only reason being I try to avoid spam mails). I understand and appreciate that they are going paperless but there can be nicer ways to say that without being condescending and rude, specially with other people in line (I wasn’t comfortable giving my email id standing in line with other people who could hear everything). I’m hoping this was a one off instance and that this doesn’t happen again. In general though, this is a convenient and good shipping location in our neighborhood with a lovely coffee shop inside and the staff here are efficient, quick and nice in their interactions.
Such a genius idea behind this business. Need to find and send a gift to someone? This is your one stop shop. Choose a cool gift in their boutique, wrap it up, and ship it off, all while relaxing in a lovely environment with a cup of coffee. Typically I stop in a few times a month just to drop off a package, and the folks working are always so kind and gracious, even if I'm not spending any money. This place is such a gem!

The staff are definitely the star of the show here. Always super helpful in fulfilling my shipping needs. Often I've come in with some hard to ship item and they've got something in mind to help it get where it's going safely.

Great little shipping outlet with awesome selection of gifts/ cards/ paper ephemera and a coffee shop as well. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Phinney is lucky to have this small business!
This place is awesome. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I recently dropped off a bunch of prepaid boxes. They called to let me know that two of had the same tracking number. The solution was to combine into one box and use the same label. Rather than having me come back in to fix myself, they were more than willing to do it for me. So great. I highly recommend.
Yes, you can ship things here. Yes, the staff is friendly, considerate, helpful... Yes, the coffee is good with baristas that know what they are about... Listen people, the real news here is their Salted Chocolate Chip cookies. I can't even go past this place without thinking about them. Even in COVID times, when you eat your cookie like a smoker on break (standing outside, huddled for warmth, peering in the windows) it is absolutely worthwhile to get a cookie.
Great people doing their best to help you out. It's amazing to be able to have a place that can compare all the major shipping services and offer you the best price according to your variable needs.
