This is an amazing restaurant in Seattle, I highly recommend stopping here and seeing the Amazon Spheres. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful inside, the atmosphere is just gorgeous. The service is amazing. There was two waiters here who were just incredibly kind and nice, and treated us so well. The food tasted awesome! I will definitely be coming here again on my next trip to Seattle.
I’ve eaten here five or six times over a few years, and the experiences have been consistent: charming ambiance, good food (but avoid the middling pizza), top-tier bartending, but mixed service. The hostess is always lovely, but at least two or three times, months apart, we’ve had the same icy and inattentive waiter—and we’ve never made special requests or left a stingy tip despite the snubbing.
My favorite menu item, hands down, is the chicories salad. It’s a sharing salad in terms of portion and makes a great start to the meal. Skip the pizza and order what’s seasonal, and consider getting one of their cocktails.
6/23/23- The Vibe, The Service, The Atmosphere, THE PLAYLIST, The Food! Everything was Delicious.
The pizza and scissor experience is cute and my kid enjoyed it.
You must get reservations as it does get busy early and soon. The food is pricey, but worth the experience.
We were the first table of the day, coming here for an early lunch. The interior is very cozy and welcoming; the restaurant’s placement in The Spheres allows lots natural light to shine through. There was a nice option for either still or sparkling water, so we opted for the sparkling. For appetizers, we started off with the focaccia bread and fritto misto (fried veg and mushrooms). They were both okay. We also got the little gems salad which was nothing special. For pizza, we ordered half margherita and half pepperoni. It was surprisingly tasty, maybe even one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal. Might come again if given an opportunity to.
Tonight, we ate dinner ad a group of 6. The restaurant was great bit the woman that took care of us, Megan, was incredible. I'd give her a 6th star for her engagement, attention to our people and detail and kindness.
The food was all cooked very well... it just wasn't really my taste for menu. Most of us just ended up with pepperoni pizza. It was good, but not what I want from a lovely evening. I realize I may not fit the mold, here in Seattle, for menu choices... but a nice steak, shrimp or at least one more traditional dish would have been nice.
The building and neighborhood are gorgeous. I also loved that there was no pressure on timing, it was all about enjoying our time with Megan.
Great place.
Very cool spot. Love the ambiance and decor of this place. Food was good. What stood out the most was the focaccia and burrata.
The food was wonderful, but for us the best part was the service and the presentation of the food. Known for pizza, but I think that is the weakest part of the menu. Everything else is amazing, and the "small" plates have good sized potions
Dined on a Thursday night without a reservation. We were seated promptly with quick water service. Our appetizer made it out faster than our drinks, but the prosciutto was good and so was the chicories salad (more than enough for two people). The pizza margherita was excellent. The crust is more like a bread than a traditional pizza crust. Certainly different than an everyday pizza. For dessert, tiramisu and coffee (also very good). Prices were fair and about what I would expect to pay in downtown Seattle. Looking for an elevated pizza without pretentiousness? Give Willmott's a try.
Great atmosphere, good place to have a conversation. Nice quaint and quiet place with out some overbearing loud music. Quick and delightful service from Arron!
Fresh flowers for the table was a wonderful touch.
The house Negroni was good, was bitter to start but after sitting in ice for a little, definitely opened up for a well balanced cocktail.
Pizza was cooked to crispy perfection, with the tiny pepperonis with subtly crunchy edges. Sauce was a great balance for the high quality ingredients. The golden scissors were pretty fun to play with as well!
Tiramisu is PHENOMENAL. Best I have ever had hands down. If you get nothing else. Get this!
They offer free packs of high quality matches by the door. This place is a class act and now one of my favorite spots in the city.
Water glasses were pretty small.
Although Arron did wonderful job with making sure we had a fresh bottle to pour.
We were super excited to have dinner in the Spheres. Atmosphere and vibe at this location was great and the staff was amazing. We tried a few appetizers: olives, The "kraken" fritti, and the housemade foccacia. These were all amazing and I would definitely re-order these again. For dinner, we had a mixture of pizzas and a clam dish. I loved the concept of pizzas and cutting slices with scissors, but I think I would order something else next time. My friend ordered the clams and she loved it!
It’s cute, and relaxing. The pizza has this lemon swirl over the top and it pair so well with the palazzo pio, it had olive oil washed vodka in it and it was so tasty. The decor was adorable. Tables along the window can be kind of close together but I can understand why with the size of the place. The drinks are strong and tasty.
This restaurant was adorable! It’s definitely small, so plan to make reservations or hope you’re lucky and get a seat at the bar. The drinks looked amazing (we didn’t try any). The pizzas were delicious, and they give you scissors to cut them yourself! We really enjoyed this place. The bartender and host were so sweet
Unique way to see the spheres. Make a reservation. Service is fine. Good and drinks are great. Get the focaccia and tiramisu.
The atmosphere + experience is what makes this place! Definitely a fan of the pizza scissors. A little pricey for what it is, but everything tasted fresh! Also they have matchbooks :-) always an added bonus
A very cute restaurant with lovely hostess! They accommodated us without a reservation, and ensured quick service.
We grabbed a quick bite and a drink. The food tasted pretty decent, and the drink selection was good. The location of the restaurant is great!
Been there for a lunch with my customers. The place is scenic, inside The Amazon Spheres, the food is good but nothing special.
I’m Italian, and as far as I understood this place wants to be like an Italian restaurant. The pizza was not so bad, 3/5.
A bit overpriced.
The restaurant is located inside the Spheres that adds extra charm to it. First impression, the place is too small and has a bit loud music.
We have ordered pizza, antipasti, insalata and later desserts and the food tasted great! The only drawback was the waiting time. It took more than 30 minutes to prepare the it.
