My Wife and I went to Prost! In Phinney Ridge this week. We sampled some delicious German beers (Oktober Fest was my favorite) and we also enjoyed a homemade 'Bavarian Bretzel' which was delicious. If you're in the neighborhood, I do recommend you give it a try.

I love to visit Prost whenever I’m in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood. The staff is terrific. They are very friendly and attentive. You’re never a stranger there because everyone will welcome you into a conversation. You should always order a pretzel. Soups are great, too!

Best spot in town for real German beers. Great and friendly staff that welcome you to get more than a little intoxicated. The beer is always great. I highly recommend always going for the liter mugs. More is definitely better here

Great vibes and service. Food was alright. Pretzel was a bit disappointing to be honest, but their sausage was good.

Loved this wee place, they really went all in to recreate a traditional bier halle and I love that they had tankards for their members. Great service, really enjoyable time here.

We had a great time at Prost. Went during a busy event which had a lot of Patreon meaning service was naturally slower, but the waitress was friendly and gave lots of updates.

Do you love bier? Are you in the Seattle area? If you answered yes to either of these questions than you need to have a sit down at Prost. That's it, that's the review; Prost is one of the premier pubs in all of Seattle where true lovers of Duetch bier go. Enough said.

Before going to Prost, ask yourself two questions. 1. Do you like drinking beer? Specifically German beer? 2. Do you like being rewarded for drinking beer? If you answered yes to those, Prost is your spot. They import fantastic beers from Germany and provide a unique opportunity to experience them served on draught. Whether you like a good bräuweisse, lager, schwarzbier, dunkelweisse, or maybe just being able to drink beer by the liter, Prost has it. Their menu also typically features rotating seasonal selections, which provides a nice way to experience a novelty that you may not have chosen to explore. Prost makes you feel like you're part of a larger community. Their rewards system is a punch card. Each punch represents a half liter of beer that you drank. After 50 punches, you get a prize, starting with Prost Marks (a form of currency the restaurant uses that you can use to pay for your drinks up to fancy Lederhosen or a watch after you fill out enough punch cards! One of the rewards is your name (or whatever you'd like to be immortalized as) on a plaque that's hung up in the restaurant. This item adorns almost every available space and is a constant reminder that Prost has built a large network of loyal regulars and familiar faces who keep coming back. And it's no wonder people are loyal. The staff makes an effort to get to know their patrons on a first name basis, also taking interest in their hobbies and lives. This small familiarity goes a long way in building loyalty and is one reason I keep returning. When I go to Prost, my presence doesn't just feel accepted. It feels appreciated. I encourage you, if you're reading this, give Prost a try. Stop in, get a beer, chat with the patrons and staff, and simply enjoy yourself. And don't forget a punch card!
