My server was so great, it was busy and loud so our order was mistaken, so our server made us a new drink and let us keep the messed up one :)
I absolutely have to write a review for this Starbucks because the elderly lady that was on the cashier register and helping everyone was the most kindest sweetest person at a Starbucks in my 20 plus years of going to Starbucks. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but she is just incredible and just so kind considerate thoughtful and caring for something so simple as coffee. So this whole review is just to say thank you to her.
5 years later and they are still hitting it out of the ballpark.
Below is my review from two years ago. The current staff at this Starbucks are phenomenal. They are efficient, professional, friendly, remember who you are and make this location just amazing. They keep the location in great shape and are always sweet and kind and helpful. They use your name and are just the best!

This is close to my home so I frequent it often. The service is VERY hit or miss. I always mobile order and run in because I usually have a toddler sleeping in the car. I got attitude from a young male barrister for asking for my mobile order that was placed 10 mins before (ready in 4-8) because a crowd had just walked in. He made their drinks before mine.
I love this location not only because I literally live next door so it's super easy for me to walk over & get my drinks BUT the staff here is so friendly and sweet. I haven't had one bad experience here and even if there was a mess up with my order or it getting mixed up with others; the majority of the time, they all remember who I am and make the in/out process so smooth and fast. The whole staff is super sweet and really friendly. It's nice waking up early in the morning to go to work and getting to see their *masked* faces everyday! :)
It’s a Starbucks: same food, same coffee, same everything… except staff. The staff at the Richmond Beach Starbucks is phenomenal. I usually go to the AV drive through on week days on my way to work. I ended up swinging by on a Saturday, with dogs in tow. Staff was super kind and attentive. They saw my dogs and gave them pupachinos. Now that first experience was nice and all but it was my NEXT visit that really shocked me. Mind you… I went there ONCE and over a week prior. When I walked in, the staff remembered me, MY NAME, and even my dogs’ names! Seems like something small but it’s huge in my book. The amount of customers that flow through that location is daunting but everyone there seem to take it all in stride and have a blast doing it. I come here almost every morning now! Thank you!

Who writes a review for Starbucks? Well, I just have to because the way they treat you here is like gold! Where do I start? First off, I don't know how they keep this location with the amount of traffic they get in the morning so impeccably clean. I appreciate that the trash area and where they place the napkins, sugar and all the stir sticks and whatnot always stocked and clear. So very impressive! If you get lucky enough to grace the presence of the elderly woman that works here literally she warms my heart at every single visit and treats every customer whether it's the high schoolers up the street at King's or Shorewood or the retired crowd and everybody else in between with so much care and attention. It's marvelous to see especially in these times. I need to call Starbucks and tell them about her so they can give her some kind of reward, gold stars, recognize her in some fashion or something. This is the only SBUX that can make the drinks with coconut milk taste so creamy and frothy just the way I like it.
Clean cafe, friendly staff, nearly always busy, but service is good. They have many indoor tables (when they can open them up again after COVID lockdown), so this is a nice place to meet someone to hang out and chat. They have several outdoor tables too.

Always wonderful service at this Starbucks. My favorite spot to browse mugs and travel cups.
My favorite neighborhood Starbucks. The staff is always incredibly friendly and there's a handful of them that have been working there for years and years, so they remember you when you come in if you live in the area. The service is always good and fast, and it's just a cheery place since it's mostly neighborhood locals who come here.
This is a great Starbuck's location. I'm new to the area and stop in daily for coffee (and oatmeal!) Friendly, helpful and just an overall great vibe. Not all chain /coffee shops are created equal. This one rocks.
Great Bucky's away from the normal busy path of life. The employees have been great. I find they are much more relaxed than other Starbucks I go to.
The music is kept quieter there too, which I appreciate. It is close to the Richmond Beach Park, so a great place for a friendly walk afterwards on a sunny day. This is a Starbucks I would be comfortable meeting a single woman(43-55 years). This is a safe place for "the vetting" process of a potential long term relationship, Lord willing. MEET there ONLY...perhaps after church!

This location is one of the best! The entire team is extremely friendly and remembers me by name! They are courteous kind and keep customer service at top of mind!
I only use the Starbucks app to pre-order my coffee so I never have to wait.
First time I’ve been to the Richmond Beach Starbucks. I was warmly greeted and all staff I spoke to was friendly, attentive and helpful. Totally made my day!! 😊
The staff is cool but it's like any other one on any random corner or mall or alley or school, prison, library.. you get the point...
Great parking and service for getting a quick coffee and snack.
I’ve been coming here for years and I love the staff and coffee but they recently hired a new barista who works during lunch hours who has been rude to me consistently and I have seen other customers walk away from the counter frustrated with how she acted with them.
