Came here to celebrate my son's 11th birthday, the staff did ask for patience on my part as it was a busy day already, and I dropped in with 15 people. No problem. We waited as they prepared another order then when that was done they got down to business. Our pizza guy took each one of our orders as we went down the line of kiddos. 9 pizzas, each different, plus some dietary restrictions.
The staff was efficient, friendly and we understood they were under a lot of pressure. They still worked hard to help us celebrate the birthday and our pizzas were excellent! Nothing but praise for the crew of the Ballard MOD Pizza! Thank you all so much for creating a great afternoon for the kids!
Love MOD pizza...and maybe this isn't a 4 star review on this specific location but wherever I go (and this was this week to this specific MOD) the pizza is never hot enough and often "raw" in a sense. They need to cook their pizzas longer and actually cook the vegetables on top. Its a great place but fast pizza often means barely cooked. Upsetting. Will need to be enticed to go back again

Quality product on a budget, sometimes simple is better and in this case it absolutely is.

Reliable favorite for good pizza in seattle! I love that I can customize it as I am allergic to dairy. This location also has a great covered patio!
Pizza - 5/5 bang on! Yum, loved it. Created my own pizza, cheap price, free unlimited toppings (excluding meat).
Garlic cheese bread - 1/5! Bummer, tasted more like thin pizza with no cheese, no garlic! This has nothing to do with garlic bread 😑👎🏽. Could not even modify it in the app!
Service- 2/5. Fast- was ready before the pickup time. But not friendly staffs!! They were busy looking at the girls waiting near the counter 😂.

First time at Mod pizza for a lunch with team members from my work. Toppings and options where great and tasty. Love the thin crust. Great cozy place with good service. Price is reasonable. Sauce is great too. Will definitely try it again.
5/5 Mod pizza is definitely one of the best pnw chain restaurants on the market. The sauce is to die for! Way better than dominos.
MOD Pizza is a lot of fun. I love their sales model. Pies are the same cost regardless of how many ingredients you add. You pay before you get your food so no waiting on servers.
Parking was great.
Vegans take note: they have tons of veggies and Daiya dairy-free cheese. The red sauce used to not be vegan but they've updated it to remove the dairy so now it's good. The barbecue sauce has always been vegan.
The service was amazing and the 5 young gents gave Gr8 customer service and made our salad and pizza with care.
After an earlier negative customer service experience earlier in the day at another establishment - the Ballard mod pizza made up for it!
Another Seattle first for my visit. This was good pizza, a quick made to order thin crust. Friendly service team from start to finish. They have a dessert called the No Name Cake....DELICIOUS!!!

Beautiful place, beautiful employees! The pizza pricing is great, they only serve 1 size but that's a perfect size for 2 adults or 3 kids if you slice smaller & price includes whatever toppings you want for only $10.50! You can't beat that!! They also support local charities, maybe y'all would want to visit this amazing pizzeria & have a fundraiser for Seattle Dogs Homeless Program or your charity of choice, feed your bellies & your soul. 🐩❤️
Absolutely great. Made to order fresh stone oven baked pizza with unlimited fresh toppings for an extremely reasonable price. I am currently eating the extra thick crust with red sauce and garlic rub. Mozz and Asiago cheese, basil, salami, chicken, roasted red peppers and mushrooms.
