Remarkably clean, bright, airy, and spacious compared to most McDonalds I have visited in the urban core of cities. Very polite and professional counter personnel. Fast service, tasty food. Like it very much.
The food is what you expect: McDonald's is McDonald's. This one is a staple maccas right down from Westlake Station. Classic 80s/90s design and interior making use of all the space available.
The staff are fantastic, and little things like the getting the wrong thing are just handled.
But the entertainment slaps.
Would definitely sit back and watch crazy homeless people act like five year olds and throw food at people again, perfect 5/7. Bravo.
The fish tank is nice too. Knocking a star because the floor is always somehow a little bit oily.
The employees are completely amazing here. The food is fresh and hot. The Coke is always cold, even when the ice machine is dead. Last but not least, the homeless people on drugs put on quite a hilarious show. I am absolutely serious. Please come eat here.
Fast food places can be a challenge to rate. Do you base it off the food? Everyone knows what McDonald's is supposed to taste like. I prefer to rate it on the cleanliness and if the food came out consistent as expected. I prefer this McDonald's over the other one downtown. It's kept tidier and the clientele isn't nearly as sketchy.
Decent food and service. Cashier forgot to give me my change. Iced coffee wasn't as good as my usual spot, and they didn't have caramel sauce. It does have tropical fish though
McDonald's restaurants had lost its customer service for the most part which was pretty big part of the reason why I enjoyed dining McDonald's. Well not at this location. Great service, clean sanitary, fast hot food great dining experience for me every time thanks specially to this young lady. (ELIZABETH)
It's definitely a McDonald's, a bit more expensive than what I'm used to for a Mickey D's. But does but skip on quality. A pretty dang standard McDonald's. Has a saltwater aquarium and coffee grounds for people to take for compost. Nothing bad to say, really.
Decent deal on the hawks box, which contains a big Mac, 2 medium fries, and 20 nuggets. Service is abrupt but efficient. They have a nice fish tank. Beware of bums hanging out in and around here.
This place has a very interesting menu. You can get what they call a "combo" which has a burger, fries, AND a drink for a low price. This would be a great idea to make a chain of restaurants. The food was cooked very fast and seating area was spotless, even though some of the customers had hygiene challenges. I think this place is owned by an Irish family based on the name but the food is very American and not Irish at all. However, they have a variety of potato options, which reinforces my belief that this place is owned by a fine old Irish family.
Yes the reason why I eat at McDonald's and simple I like cheeseburgers coffee and I also like those strawberry cream pie that are very good. And what I also like about them is that they're very courteous and they're very kind I think the visit I had over there with very good I mean and it was very well treated. Now if the only thing I could make better is for people who are blind that they would have a machine that would actually have me do it myself and basically save me from going to the cashier because sometimes it does get confusing. And half the time I have to go to a cashier I mean I can't even hear them. Because of a noise inside the restaurant. That's why if you guys had a machine in that restaurant on 6th Avenue at Stewart Street basically that would make me feel a lot better and besides that being blind I can order my food by using my voice instead of a touch screen. I can stop maybe I'd throw it in there. This is Leonard from Shoreline thank you
At lunch they open the 2nd floor. It's a great local secret. The stairs are just to the left of the kitchen. Once up there you find a vast number of clean table s in an area that I have never seen crowded.
Im not a hamburger guy, but the coffee is so good. Coffee and a small pie at a fraction of the cost it would be at Starbucks. I hadn't thought of McDonald's as a coffee break spot, but it's a very good one for a chat with a friend.
This is a McDonald's, what else do you want me to write? They serve food here. There are bathrooms. They've probably got drinks too. Not the fun ones though, just the normal ones. I'd prefer if they had Pepsi products, but what can you do? Nothing. Money talks, and Coke has more money than I do.
