Ace from this Starbucks location is AMAZING!! I called to see if Starbucks could donate some Boxes of Joe for a local breakfast for the unhoused that usually is fully supported but wasn't going to happen this week unless I could pull it together. He immediately said yes. Then I asked if we could also get some boxes filled with hot water and he again said yes. Then when I showed up for pick-up, he had also included a box of bagels, gingerbread loaf, stirrers, and a bottle of half-and-half. The coffee and bagels were the first to go and people kept saying how amazing it was. Thank you to Ace and Starbucks for your generosity and care which made this much-needed breakfast possible. You nourished people, warmed their spirits, and gave all of us hope during this cold season and holiday time. Thank you, thank you!!!

Nice atmosphere for chill and work. View is good at the corner to street. Baristas are kind and talkative that makes environment better. WC is really clean compared to other statbuckses… Only suggestion is would be great if bar-stools have back support

This Starbucks is as good as any. Very, very clean considering it gets heavy traffic in Seattle's college hub. There’s a security woman that types in the restroom code for you. I suppose it’s for good reason. The staff are very polite, paid street parking is available.

I’m told to never visit Starbucks while in Seattle because other shops are better. But since the company literally started in this town, I see no better time to stop here. And given how busy this store can be with the throngs of students at all hours of the day, the people working here certainly deserve five stars. Good job!

An above average Starbucks. The big open dining room has sufficent space for all college students, families, shoppers and everyone else. The coffee came out quick and the staff were very nice and helpful. Be careful, this starbucks can get super busy during the holidays and may take a while for your peppermint latte.

It’s my first time here before I start my work training and it wasn’t bad. However, a male transient came in and made some noise. The security officer was quick though and persuaded him to leave without incident. Nicely done.

It’s great for grab n go but it’s limited seating and crowdedness would not let people who wish to sit there and maybe even work have a great time. No doubt in the quality of service there though!

It was a ok Starbucks. The best part was the protests for worker rights. Knowing their owners would rather shut it down then give their employees fair benefits

Lovely and often busy Starbucks location on The Ave. Currently ( at least as of 2/2/22) the indoor seating area is closed and they're only accepting mobile orders. The staff is really friendly and pretty fast for as busy as they can get. If you order through the app, you can walk right up to the pick up counter and grab your order. Drinks and food is typical of most Starbucks locations.

Been there so many times!! Very close to UW and better than the UW starbucks (HUB or Suzz Lib). Food and drinks are normal-Starbucks standard. Service is quick. If there's long line, just go mobile order. FYI, the UW Starbucks don't participate in any Starbucks happy hours or rewards on food. This branch just recently renovates their chairs/tables. I like how they organize their table now. It's good for working with laptop, especially working alone, but they have less outlets. In term of workspace, one table per person is more comfortable with laptop, drink, mouse, notebook, whatever u have. I have tried sharing one table with my friend. Two laptops really filled our table. This store can get super crowded around 10 a.m. and UW exam time. Sometimes, ppl unexpectedly fill all tables on the weekends even before 10 a.m.

I would like to just name a barista by name for being kind, hard working, and someone who goes above and beyond for people. Rick was the barista that on multiple occasions remade my drink when it wasn’t to my liking with no hassle. He deserves a raise or at least a bonus!

What a lovely coffee shop! Thank you for the true meaning of community. I called the store to ask if they could check if my car was still outside their store (I woke up and forgot I left my car in an area you can’t be at in the am.) Thankfully was still there. I once was a partner as well, years ago. Thank you for being great partners and better yet, great people.

The one thing you can count on at Starbucks is consistency. Every shop you enter will promise to provide excellent customer service with either espresso or specialty drinks and food. The star rewards program is an easy way to earn free food and drinks!
