Small corner coffee shop at the office area. Busy during workday morning. Coffee is just all right as Capuchino is just the taste coming from the machine. A little more expensive then those beverage in Starbucks.

There was tables and chairs in the very large lobby, space to hang out in and a few tables in the actual space itself. They had some pastries and food items. They did not have decaf drip, but they did have hemp milk as one of their many dairy free milk, options.
Barista today made the matcha latte so diligently with the whisking process & made sure to ask me if I want it sweetened or not - shows that they know that matcha is mostly unsweetened! Loved the matcha latte here & they have non-diary options too!
Atmosphere has its up and downs but the barristas are excellent, give good coffee and good vibes
My favorite coffee place for almost every morning. Their Latte, Medici, Honey Lavender Latte are great! And very friendly staffs!
Can't recommend Ladro coffee enough. I order huge quantities of their Ladro and Diablo (medium and dark roast) beans for home brewing on my Gaggia Classic, but will occasionally swing through this cafe if I run out or just want something special. Baristas are always good, knowledgeable, and quick.
Keep in mind this is not a sitting cafe - very small, though you can go just south and sit at the open tables for Bar Harbor, if you need to.
Highly recommend ordering a Medici if you're not sure what to do! Espresso, chocolate, and orange peel. Good lord it's wonderful.
They sell coffee drinks, some light food, beans, and various accessories (which all look lovely - I just don't have space for more coffee stuff, hah).
This is a nice little coffee shop. The service was great and the barista was very friendly. The ham and swiss croissant was amazing! They're made fresh locally, not at the cafe ladro, but a bakery. The caramel latte was really good. The store itself was nice and clean and had a nice flow.
I feel like a bit of a jerk. I travel a lot, work out of a lot of coffee shops, visit restaurants in bulk, and I like to write reviews. It occurred to me awhile ago that because of this volume, not every place can be five star. So for Ladro, I originally gave a 3 star review, which maybe was unfair. This is a great coffee spot. It’s in a unique building, the staff are great and the coffee is top notch. So while it’s not a religious experience, it’s a fabulous spot and you should go there. :)
I like Cafe Ladro coffee. This particular one is in a building that houses several chain eateries and other small shops with business offices above. The Cafe Ladro location is open to the rest of the shopping area. The service is good. Coffee is good. There is some seating in the coffee shop and there is more seating in the mall area.
During snowzilla I worked here remotely; staff was nothing but kind, upbeat and accommodating to my orders and my spending the day there. Good coffee and good food. The 400 building in general is a tribute to socially conscious modern architecture and deserves a visit. The open-concept nature of the business and lounging spaces on this block are refreshing.
I've never been a huge Ladro fan just because I feel that I never get the best service. But today I stumbled into the SLU location after a very stressful day and gave my order to Taylor. I was on the brink of tears and she provided the best service with a warm smile and cheerful attitude. I seriously hope management does what ever it take to keep Taylor there. She was excellent and my coffee was wonderful.

Ladro makes a good variety of espresso products as well as single origin pourovers, nitrogen infused coldbrew, and more. I usually stick to the Americanos and they are very good. Their baked goods are also quite good, and the staff are friendly.
We use this Ladro to cater for partner and company events. Love the timeliness, quality of coffee, and the service. Thanks for always being so good to us! We love using you to serve our partners and staff :)
A great place to grab coffee. They always have single origin coffee available. The scones are good too. Make sure to ask for it warm😉
Great coffee, service is slow because they only have one barista.
I am used to friendly but I wasnt aware that there is a superlative of very friendly. Staff has a bright smile on their faces. Tip, check out the drawings on the clip board while you wait for your order.
