Kudos to Sodo Jimmy John's. My company decided pretty much last minute to have Jimmy John's for lunch for our people. Sodo Jimmy John's stepped up, and even though they had to make a lot more bread, our people enjoyed a delicious lunch. They could have told us to go somewhere else but they made the extra effort during their busiest time to accommodate us. We ought not dismiss this exceptional and all to uncommon professionalism. Thanks Jimmy John's Sodo Seattle for a great lunch!

Love this JJ’s!! They may not be the fastest (if you’re in a hurry order online thru the app), but the service is always top notch. They are so nice and gracious to all guests.

I've been to this Jimmy John's location at least 7 times over the past few months. The only negative experience I had was a month or so back when I drove to the store (I am outside their delivery range) only to find they were out of the normal sub bread. They only had wheat. I have never been disrespected or made to wait. The staff is always polite, and they have not messed up any of my orders.
Good sandwich and their slogan is true, they are freakishly fast! Even when the line is nearly out the door, you get your sandwich in under 5 minutes. When they're not busy, I've gotten it as I finish paying! The bread and ingredients are fresh and tasty. You can also customize it with hot peppers, oil and vinegar, etc. I usually forget and still enjoy it every time.

Literally the absolute BEST Jimmy John's in all of the Seattle area! The managers and workers are kind, courteous, respectful, and they sure as heck make a fast sammich! I'd rate ten stars if I could to be honest! Also David definitely is a great manager and needs a raise.
Best team at any jimmy johns anywhere. I go there like 3 times a week for lunch and have never seen a mistake and they get through their lines super fast.
Free smells! We could eat here every day! The sandwiches are great and the bread is always fresh and delicious! Plus they really are great fast!
