Great experience. The rotating glass floor was very cool and we had a lot of fun there. The views from this iconic tower are absolutely amazing! You can take great pictures from there. The line was pretty long though
Really cool experience. I was lucky the queue was fairly short for the ride up.
Great views of Seattle from the top. Had to wait an hour for the tkt slot, but this gave me time to see the amazing blown glass exhibit.
The Space Needle is an iconic marvel that offers an unforgettable experience. The panoramic views of Seattle from the observation deck are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The futuristic design and innovative architecture add to the overall charm. The staff is friendly and accommodating, enhancing the visit. Whether you're a local or a tourist, the Space Needle is a must-see attraction. A five-star destination that captures the essence of Seattle's skyline and innovation.
Amazing views! Very crowded. Lots of inconsiderate tourists. I'd still recommend checking it out if you're visiting. It was definitely my favorite thing about Seattle. Walking on the glass floor was tough for me at first, especially when you have people around you jumping on it to test it's durability....
It was an awesome experience since I was able to see the city view. The tickets were two options, there was a little front desk by the door before the entrance selling tickets. On the other hand, there were also multiple computers outside and selling tickets as well. You just select the time, the date, and where you want to visit.
The line was pretty long, and they also limited people to go in. It's like a group of maybe 10 people. So, I have to be there early before the tickets are sold out for that day. Otherwise, come back with tomorrow tickets.
You can park on the street if you want, or find near parking there. However, we gave our key to space needle people to take care of. We paid 36 for 2 hours plus tips, so 40 even. It was worth it.
Definitely a must visit!
Go up whenever the weather is good and clear. Highly recommend plan going up before evening, this way you could get the views both in day and night.
King County residents get discounted ticket with valid ID.
Really amazing observation deck with 360 views, and some cool photo taking features. - 12 feet tilted glass walls and benches
- Bottom see through glass on lower deck
- Entry to lower level revolving deck
- Not windy due to the tall glasses.
- Comfortable indoor viewing available too
Cheaper if we buy glass museum and space needle ticket together.
100% worth a visit on a sunny day in Seattle. The views of the downtown, coast, and Mount Rainier in the distance are all equally incredible. The benches both inside and outside give a great place to rest and soak up the views, although the outside ones face inwards so the best views are behind you in a normal seated position.
The ticket machines didn't work and just took payment for us, so either book online or join the queue at the staffed kiosk.
Also the queue to get in is fairly long, even close to opening.
Awesome experience! Restrooms are located in gift shop and a level down the stairs when taking the elevator to the top. They are clean with several stalls and fully stocked. There was no line or wait when we went around 6:30 on Wednesday night. I absolutely loved the experience and I would recommend anyone visiting Seattle to visit the Space Needle. The view at night was gorgeous. Valet was $18 an hour. You can buy tickets in advance or wait until you arrive.
This is the top attraction in Seattle, absolutely worth the visit. I personally recommend to check this out both during the day and the night and is a lovely sight to your eyes during a clear sunny day and a moonlit night. The views from the top are magnificent, you can see the city towers, Elliott bay and Mt. Rainer. It boasts a classy restaurant at the top most floor and has good selection of drinks. The wait to get to the top is about 30-60 mins on a usual day as it is a most visited attraction in Seattle. The gift shop at the bottom is also worth a visit to get some souvenirs at a fair price. The Space Needle at night has a soothing atmosphere with ambient lights within, just sit down on the rotating floor, relax and take in the stunning views of city lights and starlit skies.
The space needle is great for the first time. However, going back after several years it was like eh. The views are spectacular and the gift shop is always great but it's one of those attractions where if you've seen it once it's good enough. I uppose eating there might bring a different feeling but it is too expensive for my taste. The moving floor one level down is pretty cool. For some reason I couldn't step on it the second time around. In any case views are pretty cool.
Very fun experience. I am obsessed with observatory places and this was one for the books. The view was beautiful. I also love the fact they have photographers going around offering photos that you will receive for free at the end of your experience. The revolving floor was very amazing to see, especially at night.
One of my favorite spots in Seattle. To tour the upper deck can take up to an hour. You can stay up there as long as you want. Can see Seattle from all high angles. Good for family activity. Take lots of pictures and enjoy the view!
The Space Needle is a must visit for anyone coming to Seattle! It was a pleasant experience during our visit without a long wait. I'm not sure if it was because we went right when it opened on a Saturday but we got right in the queue & just had to wait a few minutes for the elevator to come back down from the top to pick us up. Our elevator attendant pointed out a few things on our way up & upon reaching the top we found that there was enough space for all.
It was very cool that we could spend as much time as we wanted looking around. It's a great view! Then we made our way to see the glass floor area which was great to see. I recommend coming here to anyone in the area. It's a Seattle landmark!
The famous tourist attraction in Seattle. I recommend to get the day and night pass so that you can visit at both time of the day. There was no wait when we visited. The whole history of the construction is outlined onto the way inside. There are ticketing kiosk outside the complex. There is valet parking for 18$ per hour. Otherwise you can park in the nearby parking lot for lesser price. Parking can be tricky. Tickets are a bit pricy, but it is worth that price. The day night pass is 60$. The revolving section was amazing and the viewing deck on the top had amazing views as well.
Iconic, classic and timeless early 1960's design and construction with monorail to match. Really took me back to my childhood when futuristic inspired design was coming out of the States along with flying saucers and aliens landing - great piece of architecture!
Brilliant to visit with its modifications and use of glass. The glazed 360 external balcony great to walk round for spectacular views of the city, bay and surrounding mountains. The lower level glass rotating floor absolutely mind blowing. Go just before dusk and just sit on the glass floor, rotate and watch the sun set over the bay and the city lights come on. Awesone experience - you can't get that in many places - if anywhere!
An amazing observation!
I recommend coming at dusk, the views are amazing and on a clear and beautiful day you can even see the mountain ranges surrounding Seattle.
The even more wonderful part of the tower is the rotating glass floor which I think is a fascinating mechanical and architectural invention.
Nice place to visit. Preferable to buy the tickets online for a time slot you are wanting to visit. There isn’t a time limit once you are in but this staggers the line and makes it easier to get to the observation deck.
The glass wall upgrade is nice and the glass floor is great too. Spend some time enjoying the great view of Seattle from here.
The price is lower if you go to the morning session and the parking cost less too. Must buy tickets in advance to ensure you get in. The website states limited availability so that is recommended. We bought our tickets online and checked in using a smart phone. Makes things easier.
Listen, I know this feels like a tourist trap, but it was great. The views are spectacular. The moving glass floor was so unique. They have coffee and drinks available at the top if you're interested. The Gift shop was actually really nicely done. I'd definitely say this was worth the ticket price!
