I sampled the Brown and ESB and both were excellent. Owner/brewer/barman Jim Stoccardo was affable and informative. I strongly recommend Outer Planet.

An awesome venue for a party.... we hired a food truck for our meal and OP did the rest!! Staff and Owners were incredibly attentive and willing to please. All that made for an awesome Rehearsal Dinner which we then opened to our out of town guests and family. A great way to kick off the wedding weekend!! Thank you for all your hard work OP!!

Outer Planet is my favorite place on the Hill! I love to grab a beer while waiting on my laundry across the street. Jim is amazing and so knowledgeable! I am not a beer snob by any means, but I can taste the difference in their brews and have never been disappointed! And they have kombucha on tap when I'm feeling sober and trivia on Wednesdays.

Great variety and creativity of beers! Also nice to be able to go to an independently owned brewery in the middle of the Capitol Hill.

The owner is rad, personable, and knows his stuff. It's definitely the perfect place for a big group with all of the big tables, card games, and board games they have. We will definitely be back here for a game of Settlers of Catan and some delicious beer.

This is a must stop for beer lovers. Everthing I tried was well done. Outer Planet is craft beer at its best.

Outer Planet is absolutely everything I want in a nanobrewery. A lovely characterful space, well-crafted beers that run from IPAs to sours, and really friendly staff. I have a lot of fondness for a lot of breweries in Seattle, but am really glad I settled on them for a graduation party I held for my partner last month. They were total aces and a delight to work with. I would absolutely hold another event there, and hopefully will if we can drum up some more major life events!

Nerdy but enthusiastic neighborhood brewery with a heavily spacey theme. Beers were flavorful but sometimes with unusual aftertastes. Cool stickers. Small snack selection.

This is EXACTLY what Micro/Craft breweries should be about. I hate to get on a soap box, but with the boom of craft beer, the focus has been on profit, and less on the communal sense of what a local brewery means to its consumer base. I ventured on Outer Planet on accident because of a last-minute cancelation on my schedule. It is small, it is warm, and it is unique. You can literally feel the passion and the devotion of the customer base. I joined the mug club (I travel to Seattle 8 times a year), more so because I want to be involved in every way I can. I haven’t even begun to talk about the beer….. The beer is unassuming, and unique. I loved IPA and Pilsner on tap. I could tell the brewers are putting effort in being unique, and really trying to put out a good product. Cheers Outer Planet, I’m so glad to be apart of the family!

We were able to make a reservation here and enjoyed a couple of beers on their patio setup. Beer was pretty good; especially enjoyed the peach sour they had. Friendly service and a nice little spot in a quieter part of capital hill. The downside was the outdoor seating they had setup—the tent walls were flapping so loudly at times that were couldn’t hear each other. Overall, really glad we stopped by. Hopefully they can work on the outdoor seating setup—I know covid has left a lot of places scrambling to get a makeshift patio setup, so I’m just grateful to be able to enjoy a beer outside!

Great atmosphere and beer! The pumpkin ale smelt great, but had a strong spice flavor that sat on the tongue. Beyond that everything was fantastic and I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone in cap hill! Edit: Here again, drinking again. Much better pumpkin ale!

This is a fun space for some interesting and flavorful brews. The newly built parklet is a wonderful addition where one can enjoy a beverage and candor among friends or strangers.

Small low key brewery in the Capital Hill District of Seattle. The attraction here is the beer and welcoming attitude not the decor.

It's an owner operated brewery with really good beer and excellent service. Check out their social media to find out about fun events, like trivia night or when a new beer is coming out. I love to have a beer while enjoying the sunshine in the street patio.

I feel like we've needed a place like this in the area for way too long. The menue isn't as plentiful as some of the other breweries that offer flats, but most of what they have tastes really good. Inside is fairly small and cozy. It's in a nice location and there is also a view of the main road. Perfect for people watching if you find yourself bored. I think they even have card and board games if people watching and concersing isnt your thing. You can't go wrong with this place. I'll be back soon.

Nice and laid back brewery a bit off the beaten path in Capitol Hill. Chill with good beer.
