I am visiting my son in Seattle and have been I’ve been a frequent customer at the Starbucks at QFC on Holman Rd for the past week.
The staff here is very pleasant and a good representation of Starbucks! Amya yesterday was just so awesome…and right when I thought it couldn’t get better, I saw something today that I just couldn’t help but acknowledge.
This morning it was busy and there was only one person behind the counter. Her name was Elsie.
In amazement, I watched her for almost an hour, greeting a long line of customers one at a time…and each one received a big smile and a cheerful attitude! Making coffees, and sandwiches, and handling phone orders too…she was unflappable and should be recognized! I was just very impressed…!!!
At a time when it seems impossible to find good staff…you have assembled a really awesome crew at this location!

Oh my gosh! Gabe was amazing!! So was Maryhann! They treated me with so much kindness and respect (I’m disabled and in a wheelchair) and not only did they let me get one of the pay it forward items; but when that item was no longer available; they let me choose a item that happens to be my most favorite food EVER that you serve (the sous vide egg bites with bacon and Gruyère cheese!! AND THEN Gabe paid for a Chai iced tea because I was wistfully chatting about hoping that a Chai yea latte would show up soon on the PIF board! Thank you, both of you, for making my day so much happier than it had started out!! Much love, Xan
Charlatte is the best Barista in the world! Never disappointed when she makes my coffee. However these other barista's, if that's what you want to call them, are NEVER CONSISTENT! How can one be so consistent but the others can't?!!
Plenty of seating, and the baristas are always friendly and helpful. Attached to but separate from the QFC supermarket, and that has some pros and cons.
You need coffee, Starbucks is ther place to go. The service here is really good and fast. Easy in and out...
Best employees ever. Seriously, there's not one lackluster member behind the counter. 11/10 would coffee again

Always friendly, they know your name and drink orders and it's something is not to your liking they will happily replace it.

Always super friendly, lines can be a bit long but the staff are super friendly and make a good cup of coffee.
This is a full Starbucks attached to a QFC. It's beautiful inside and the people are nice. Great space to work and chat!
