This completely unassuming tienda may be the home to the best traditional Oaxacan street food in the city. And they are just plain sweet people to boot. Totally worth a destination trip to the Beach.

Great made-to-order food. Better that taco truck quality and much more authentic than Mexican chain restaurants. They have a few tables set out in case you want to eat there. The grocery selection is limited for the small space, but still, carries specialty Latin ingredients including fresh bread and produce that you can't get at the nearby Safeway.

We had number 13 taco's (steak) and really enjoyed them. This was our first meal in Seattle and we were not disappointed.

Had a nice warm flavorful meal, Oaxaca style. The “ambiance” is what you would expect in a tiny grocery store. Very non-pretentious... “small shop rustic” perhaps, but that is what I prefer. The menu is interesting. The grocery store has Mexican ice cream and pastries as well as the spices and specialty foods you would expect, but they also carry a couple types of chocolate for making hot chocolate from Oaxaca.

The best food within a couple miles for sure. They have a bunch of Hispanic drink and food options besides what's on the menu which is also huge. It's got a huge parking lot and is easy to access. They have seating for about 15 people and is very comfortable and friendly place to eat.

Great street tacos and salsa. Good offering of pantry items like beans, masa harina, and seasonings, as well as queso and crema in the cooler.

Nice little store. Hours are spotty probably should call first if want to drive here. I usually just come here for the fresh lard they make, hurry it goes quickly!
