Friendly staff. They happen to have “Holiday Cream Cheese” I highly recommend it! It’s a subtle peppermint flavor. So good on a bagel. They also have pretzels regular shaped and candy cane shaped.
Their bagels are great! I get the bacon, egg, and cheese and it never disappoints. I will echo what others have said regarding the gloves- I did witness the person making my sandwich put on gloves, crack the eggs onto the griddle, handle cash at the register in the same gloves, then go back to making my food without putting new gloves on. They’re very friendly and polite though!
Always the best .. My wife and I moved to Tampa Fl and every time we get a chance to go to NY we always stop at this bagel your way. Never had a issue always fresh and tasty.
I love this place. The people are nice and my order is always correct. My husband is picky uni-no this and no that, but they get it right. The crumb cakes are so delicious. The sandwiches are great. Bread and trimmings are always fresh.
I would recommend this place to everyone.
Just one tiny criticism-please remove the gloves and throw them out after handling money.

Only giving 4 stars this time because it seemed like they did not listen to my order; what i got is not what i ordered but it was close enough that i did not go back and complain.
In their defense they were very busy that day.
I usually go to a different deli which I won’t name. The food is always great but the bacon is fake hard kinda tasteless. At this place, I got exactly what I was looking for a delicious BEC super super soft seedless roll, they use real egg whites from eggs, the bacon is much tastier and not very greasy! Also the employees work fast, I waited like 2mins if that for my sandwich!
They’re also nice and personable there! I will definitely be coming back! 😊
