Good good food. You won't be disappointed. Excellent Korean soups, some of the best I had , compared to Seattle/Lynnwood area.

Souza was so friendly! Food was so so good! We had Chicken and Shrimp and Chicken Stir Fry. They give you a lot of food. Always come here when we visit from Alabama.
Great, very quick service. The portions are huge - always enough to take home for mid-night snaking. The food is excellent and there are plenty of choices. As for the atmosphere it is a small place with maybe 9 tables - very clean.
Love the sweet and sour chicken, chicken fried rice and chicken teriyaki. Don't love the sauces 100% as they are tangier than my usual taste but the chicken is tender and flavorful

Just went into Bentos and the poor girl working the front was SLAMMED. Two customers came to check on their food but it was not ready yet so they left and got back in line a couple minutes later.
There was a lady in front of the 2 people that had already checked on their food and the girl at the counter asked if she minded if she checked out these 2 people that were waiting, so the lady says sure. She checks them out and then the lady goes off saying that she had to wait 15 minutes and did 2 weeks ago, too, and that she'll never be back.
She started threatening the girl at the counter saying that she knows people and she's gonna call Better Business Bureau because she had to wait too long.
When I tell you the whole town was there it was insanely slammed and she was at the tail end of the rush. She was explaining to the lady calmly and kindly that they are extremely busy and sometimes do over 6 grand in a day so that's a lot of food, and in no way was she "bragging about how much they make" (which is what this angry woman claims in her review) she was explaining to her why they are so busy and that she was sorry she had to wait so long. The girl at the counter was so sweet and polite the entire time. Especially considering there were still other people in the RESTAURANT. I cannot understand why she acted that way towards her.
I've never been disappointed with the food or service at Bentos. They aren't fast food, they are a restaurant. You'd wait AT LEAST 15 minutes for food anywhere else. Keep up the good work, guys. And props to the front counter girl. ππ»

This is normally great food but today was a disappointment. I ordered chicken yakisoba and the chicken was clearly either leftover from yesterday or way earlier in the day. It had that cooked/cooled/reheat taste and texture. I will give it another try before crossing off of my list. Times are tough and the food business has been hit hardest, so I will try to keep this small business on my list.
Wonderful people and AMAZING food! We had Chicken Katsu and Teriyaki Chicken. Well balanced sauces and very moist chicken. Definitely coming back!
I've eaten here many times, never disappointed with the food and the service is the epitome of 5 star customer service. Love the positive energy of the sales team. Sousa is always like a breath of fresh air with her upbeat personality and always pleasant smile. Love this place.
Got #12 Beef and Chicken Teriyaki, and shrimp tempura. The beef was tender and well seasoned, and the chicken not overdone. The batter on the tempura is light. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! Perfect meal after a weekend of camping food and long hikes. Quick and friendly service too!
I miss the seafood pancake with the Korean flour. The Chicken Katsu is delicious. Teriyaki is amazing.

They are great cooks and service is fast. During lunch/dinner rush wait time is maybe 15 - 20 minutes.
When asked to rate the atmosphere I gave 2 stars. When sitting down waiting I looked down on the floor and saw an old clump of rice covered in dirt, hair, and dust. Then glanced around other tables and it was the same, old leftovers collecting dust.
Don't think I'll actually dine there. Only order out.
They have upped their prices a dollar to every order. And really worth it in today's world.
All in all, the food is totally delicious at a reasonable price and ready in a reasonable time.
My favorite place to go for general Taos when in town !! A must if you like Asian food!!!
Amazing staff! I left my wallet on the counter. And held on to it till the next day with all my belongings. And the food and service was excellent.
Even though there was a line they were still pretty quick especially for only having like a couple people working at the time the food was delicious and hot and there was a good amount of it for the price that we paid the waitress at the time they took the order was spot-on with her time. Of how long it might be until the food was done as well as she was very pleasant to deal with overall the place was clean friendly enjoyable and delicious I would highly recommend going there to anybody wanting some fresh we cooked hot teriyaki it'll make you want more and crave more later on.
