First time at a Ruby Tuesday. It was amazing!! Great Service! Amazing server!! Good food! A shoutout to the server or I should say Customer Service Specialist Ron! Thank you for such a great experience and going above and beyond for having a great conversation with us! We will be back for sure!
Four of us met for lunch and everyone loved their selections! Dishes were Blackened Tilapia, Seafood dish, Hickory Bourbon Salmon and Hickory Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop. All were delicious, including our vegetable sides...done perfectly. Well done Ruby Tuesday Shakopee!
We drive from Mankato, it's my wife's favorite restaurant every time we go there the service is top notch and the food is always good. #loverubytuesday!!!!!
The food is delicious! Excellant salad bar as well.. the shrimp is fantastic and the waiter we had on sat night was a really awesome guy!

Went to Ruby Tuesday for the first time ever this past weekend. Had Ron as my server and he was the BEST! Extremely outgoing and very personal. It is because of Ron, I would go back again.

Here's why The Group from Mankato LOVED our experience....it started off HORRIBLE as we were seated last night and sat there for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone even came to speak to us because whoever seated us didn't inform our server we were there. Our server who ended up being Ron asked how long we had been sitting there and said he apologized for us having to wait and I did notice he was being truthful because of how upset he was, but that's when the fun started. I have been in restaurant and food industry since I was 16...I'm now 33....whether it be eating or using my Culinary Degree! This was BY FAR The BEST server experience and customer service I have EVER Had. We were meer SECONDS from walking out the door when RON SAVED The day. He was upbeat energetic and just a funny guy to be around. We will be back that way in a couple of weeks for car show in Minneapolis and we are hoping Ron will be there and WE WILL PURPOSELY Ask for Ron to be our server. Oh yes the Food was good, but RON Made it better!

The last Ruby Tuessays left in Minnesota, My steak was amazing and our Mai Ti's were fantastic.
Our waitress was cute and friendly.
We were so full after dinner that it was time to go home and take a nap.
I am sad that our beloved Ruby Tuesdays is fading away.
I hope this one stays open.

This place has excellent value and even better customer service. I love the salad bar here and for a few more dollars you can add a small side entree. For me the main entree is the salad bar, it is fresh, delicious and clean!
Parking is easy and the place is always a quick in and out of that is your need. Otherwise ambiance is great with tvs for games. I got these 3 course for under $20 tip included . Another place is easily $30+.
Good food pretty decent value I love that you can add the salad bar for 1.99! It's to bad there are only a few left in the Twin Cities anytime we are in the area we stop at this location. Sorry my picture isn't the greatest
I'm warning you. Don’t. Eat. The. Fries. The seasoning is amazing when first devoured. But let me tell you, that doesn’t last for long. The taste disappears for a while. You brush your teeth, you go to sleep. Then, the taste starts. Your mouth turns into the Sahara desert from one second to the next, making you thirsty. Your lips start stinging because of this thirst. But the taste. Oh the taste. You’ll wake up with a never ending 56 day old rotting carcass in the amazonian rainforest taste in your mouth. No toothpaste or rinsing of the mouth will help. If you use The Carbonaro Effect, you can you get rid of the taste. It may seem simple, but all that needs to be done is that you watch an episode of The Carbonaro Effect on truTV, which is the name of a hidden camera magic TV show, like the one you are on right now.
Salad bar was really filling so I had to take half my sliders home. Those were good too. Service was great. I drink my water room temperature so definitely no ice. My waitress kept bringing me new glasses of water so it wouldn't have ice. And I had 3 glasses. She was awesome.
Despite the asagio steak and burger being exceptional, we got the most joy out of the well stocked salad bar. There was enough variety that we could make multiple trips and have a completely different salad each time, with lots of fresh ingredients. The service was very good.
