Went to City Bakery a whim for some sweet baked goods and was not disappointed in the least! It's a small homely bakery that has its own charm to it inside and outside and despite being small is bakery clean and nice in general. Service was great and patient with me when I was deciding what to get, no problem there. What I got, an assortment of cookies and breaks sweets, were very good and incredibly well priced. My only complaint is some of there products could be baked without Lard bit that is it, City Bakery is a nice place aside from that!

Their specialty breads are always so good. The sweets there are the main attraction but their little sideline of ethnic specialty breads deserve attention. The variety of their bread selection and the quality of every type I have tried tells me that somebody there loves what they do.
You won't believe how good this bakery is. We just stopped in and left with a car load of the best bread, rolls, and sweet treats. I shouldn't mention this but the prices are way too low for the amazing quality. The people who work there are wonderful. This bakery is the best.
I've come here since I was a kid 20+yrs ago. Always great bakery with an amazing variety to choose from. Bread is also light and fluffy. Yum!
Our friends from sheboygan bring hard rolls from this place up to shawano for potlucks at our favorite tavern and they are amazing!
The hard rolls are the best. We buy a dozen at a time and freeze what we don't need that day. Somehow, they taste just as good if you thaw them for an hour. Highly recommended.
The people are friendly and the baked goods are delicious.
It's convenient and the bakery and rolls etc are first rate!
