Shut up and take my money. This place is excellent. The turkey bacon grilled cheese was perfectly grilled and the mixture of cheeses made all the difference. Well worth the cost. Staff was very friendly and we were even given free popcorn for St. Patrick’s Day. Eat here!
We just ate here for the first time and LOVED IT! Our family had the kid's regular and pizza grilled cheese along with a buffalo chicken and turkey/bacon. The tomato soup was divine along with the homemade croutons (my fave). The price was right and the flavor and cheese-pull spot on and the service top notch! We'll definitely be back. Merry Christmas!
I had the Ooey Gooey Grilled Cheese and my fiance had the Big Ole Boy grilled sandwich. Both were quite tasty! The different flavor cheeses melded perfectly with the seasoned sourdough on the Ooey Gooey. The cheese and meats on the Big Ole Boy also complimented one another perfectly. YUM. It might be a dumb thing, but the pickle spears are good too lol. I cannot wait to come back and try other menu items!
MY NEW FAVORITE!!! Super friendly staff!! I had the special, which was the ooey gooey brisket sandwich w/a bacon wrapped pickle... OMG! LOVED it! It was soooo good!! This will be a place I take out of town guests! DELICIOUS! Great staff! Cute atmosphere!!

I loved the local vibe of this place and the food speaks for itself. Highly recommend. I got the Mac and Cheese Grilled Cheese, & it was delicious. Only wish they didn’t use plastic silverware. Excited to try more things out!

The wife and I don't usually travel north from Melissa to find food. Most of the time it's a trip into McKinney or Allen to find a good place to eat. My wife suggested we go try Downtown Grilled Cheese Company sandwiches in Sherman and holy cow did she knock it out of the park with this suggestion!! In the picture is my Bacon Grilled Cheese. Just outside of frame is my wife's Brisket Grilled Cheese, which she did not want to take a break from eating so I could get a pic. What she didn't mention, that turned out to be a fantastic surprise, was that this restaurant is now run out of 903 Brewery asked Saturday was live music day! All in all a fabulous trip to Sherman, where amazing food was had at a killer brewery while listening to live music! What more could you for on a beautiful Saturday afternoon!!! Do yourself a favor and get out to this place and support them!! You will not be sorry!

Great grilled cheese sandwiches! Tomato bisque was good, too! I wish you could do a make-your-own 6 pack, though. Theyvhad some awesome sounding drinks, but I don't want to buy a 6bpack and find out I don't like it.
I had a bacon cheese burger and added their Blackjack salsa on it. It was amazing! Will be a regular at this place!
Good selection of beers, to purchase and on tap. Picked up 4 different stouts alone! Too bad I don't live nearby, if I want more it appears to be pickip only. Looking forward to trying them.
Also ordered an ooey gooey brisket grilled cheese and a ham and grilled cheese. Seriously tasty. Perfect amount of butter and doneness on the bread. Generous side of chips and a good pickle. What more could you ask for :)

This is only 4 stars simply because we didn’t get the full experience thanks to COVID. We stopped for lunch while traveling and had the best grilled cheese sandwiches EVER! The staff was attentive and helpful with popular menu items. Even got to meet the owner while he was checking on patrons enjoying his sandwiches. The Ooey-Gooey Smoked Brisket Grilled cheese was AWESOME! Perfectly toasted sourdough bread with gooey cheese and brisket served. My mouth is watering as I type this and I want another! And the big plus, they have a big parking lot which we needed since we were pulling our camper. It’s a must stop!
