Do you love a good burger? Are you trying to lessen your footprint on our planet by eating less meat? You have 2 choices here, either the impossible burger or just a veggie patty with beans,corn, etc. We’ve been coming to Red Robin for a few years now and love their banzai burger. The place was clean and inviting. They seated us right away and our server, Amber was super nice and helpful. I had a coupon and no one gave me trouble using it or made any faces like at other places. We will continue to return for their awesome burgers and bottomless sides and drinks.
The overall experience very good. Service was fast and friendly. The food came out hot and fresh. We ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and the bonzai burger. We also had onion rings and they are some of the best onion rings around. Atmosphere was great and ask the employees and the manager send to be enjoying their work. Certainly recommend this Red Robin!
Stopped by between meal times on a weekend and there was a short 10 min wait. The server was very attentive, polite and friendly. Onion rings came to the table fast and were super hot and yummy. Burgers came quickly as well but were hardly warm. They still tasted delicious though. This was my first time to this location and overall it was enjoyable. I will try it again and update this review to 5 stars if the food temperature improves.
I've been to nearly every Red Robin between Vancouver and Salem at this point and this is one of two Red Robin restaurants that still make delicious food and provide great service. As a franchise, RR has hit rock bottom over the last few years. It's been sad to see my childhood favorite restaurant chain devolve to prison-grade quality AND service. However, there are a couple owners out there who evidently still care about customer retention and this is one of them. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same owner of the one other decent RR I've been to in the area (Wilsonville). If you love Red Robin (like I do) and have been utterly demoralized over the last several years attempting to have a pleasant experience at one (like I have), take the trip over to the Red Robin in Sherwood. The food was delicious and fresh and the servers and staff were very friendly and attentive. I will be back for sure!

I came to Red Robin tonight with my two children just to relax a bit, and not have to cook dinner. Our waiter Aaron was absolutely great, and even remembered each of our names throughout dinner. How he did that is beyond me! I can barely get my kids names right after a long day, and I named them! It was pretty busy while we were there, so at a point Aaron wasn’t able to make it to our table for a while to check on us. (We were good, had drinks, and fries to keep us happy) when he made it back around to us he apologized as if he had forgotten us completely! His sincerity, and over all good nature will bring us back to this location more often. Although I made sure he got a decent tip, please give Aaron a raise, he deserves it! Side note, our food was delicious! Have you ever ordered pizza at Red Robin!? I highly recommend it. The crust on their thin crust pizza was absolutely perfect! I had the black and bleu burger and it was also delicious, with big slices of mushroom, and giant pieces of bleu cheese chunks throughout my burger.
