Delicious baked Chilean Empanadas 😋 and cakes that are perfect for large gatherings 🎂 10/10 would recommend. Just dont be confused. This location is not a dine in restaurant or cafe, you must order ahead of time!!

Quite possibly the best pastries in the DMV, at the very least the best almond croissants! We've tried numerous patisseries, bakeries, restaurants, and dessert shops from the DMV to Los Angeles to Hong Kong to Paris... and none of them can even come close to comparing to the almond croissants at Patisserie Manuel. Please keep up the great job and hopefully someday you'll also make kouign-amanns ;) Previous review: The best almond croissants in the DMV. So many soft chewy layers full of buttery goodness. Crisp on the outside and very dense on the inside. Skip the empenadas, too much breading but the filling does have raisin! The macaroons taste pretty similar to other macaroons. The buy 3 get 1 free is likely only available on weekdays

I’ve had the croissant with Almond and the double espresso latte and both were amazing, the place is really nice and the service is excellent :)

Great find! I stopped at the shopping center and wasn’t expecting a French Bakery. Beautiful case full of pastries and a selection of cook to order brunch items and coffee. I just had the peach danish and it was tasty, not too sweet. I will definitely go back and try more of their pastries. Great outdoor patio, too.

Spied this bakery driving and so glad I stopped in. Staff very friendly and helpful, plus display cases full of pastries. Got the chocolate croissant and ham and cheese and bot were top notch. Would go again to eat my weight

Traditional Chilean empanadas are so tasty! I am so happy to have found a place that makes them. Everything I've tried has been exceptionally good including the pastries and crepes.

Really great Tiramisu here. It is pricey (like most good bakeries), but it's an amazing treat if you can afford it.

I give them 4 stars only to be more realistic with my review. I’m happy with the custom cake that they have made on such a short notice and I praise them for that but the quality of the cake itself was not good. It wasn’t fresh on the inside and the majority of the people at my place didn’t like it either it definitely looked good on the outside. Disclaimer : the Two Fast decoration wasn’t done by them.

Arrived here for Breakfast about 5 minutes before they opened. When they opened the counter lady, Bette, was extremely warm and welcoming with a big authentic smile and good morning in a beautiful French accent. I had the Croque Madame which was excellent. I looked at the pastries but the croissants looked very very dark and I don't like my croissant to get flakes all over me so I did not try. The coffee was delicious and the atmosphere warm and friendly and inviting. They had gentle jazz music playing in the background and everyone I saw eating had big smiles on their faces.

These are amazing pastries. My family is very particular and the Patiesserie's pastries and cakes are extremely special, right up there with some of this region's French, Viennese bakeries (likely better on the cakes and absolutely on the pan d chocolate, only had better in North America in Montreal). May be a little hard to find and is not a storefront - be encouraged by checking the menu and speaking with the owner! She and her team bring so much to life in their bakery. Wish I could have these weekly. I have really enjoyed the Pan d Chocolat; it's my mainstay (basically a croissant texture with dark chocolate inside) and it's as good as any pan d chocolat, from here to New Yori City and back, that I've had!

Love, love, love this Patisserie. Best pastries ever. I am particularly fond of croissants and these are outstanding, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The almond croissants are to die for. We buy all of our cakes here, and again, the variety is amazing. I especially love the Opera Cake, and the strawberry cake. And, we have to buy a baguette at least once a week. This little jewel of a shop feels like we are stepping home every time we visit. The owners and staff are welcoming and friendly, helpful to the Nth degree and always happy. So glad to have a spot like Patisserie Manuel in our neighborhood! I'd give them more stars if it were possible.

For Christmas I ordered the Four Leches cake! Let me tell you… it was amazing. The flavors so perfectly balanced. It was unlIke any Tres Leches cake I’ve had but it was also better than any other! Can’t wait for another occasion so I can get it again!

Always have had great experiences at patisserie Manuel,What you find here are FINE french pastries... It could be seen overpriced or not big enough.. But you can taste the fine flour ,fresh fruits, fine and dedicated work and that does not have a price. Highly recommended I would give it 10 stars if possible. Keep up the good quality.
