Gas station is pretty big and brightly lighted (5 lines with 2 pumps each) – a lot of customers even past midnight. The area is reasonably safe – Galaxy apartments across the street has 24-h security and the station backs to Aurora condominium. Prices are reasonable and they have have 5 grades + diesel. The shabby area begins past circle with Millers liquor store and it's at least 3 blocks away.
If you are craving for a food (or drink) – go north on Georgia past metro tracks or turn onto E-West Hwy.
