The food was great! My steak was done just right and the eggs had some nice seasoning. Lots of places don't season their eggs. I had the country boy breakfast and got so full i couldn't eat it all.
I really like being able to get reasonably priced meals as we travel. When I asked about gluten free options, the waitress was very helpful. She brought me out a flip chart with all the allergen info on it. I could easily see at a glance, which items were gluten-free. I was able to put together a meal that would be safe for me to eat. I knew that they make comfort food, which often has gluten in it. I was very impressed with their care for customers that have all sorts of allergy needs. They protected us by allowing us to make informed decisions and not relying on employees to know all the facts about different allergens.
I didn't give them a 5 star because they used the excuse of the supply chain to excuse the fact that they didn't have honey delivered. With the fact of what they serve every customer being biscuits and cornbread, they should have been proactive and at least gone to the grocery store if a common item wasn't delivered through their normal companies.
I hate to say it but do Love Cracker barrel where ever I travel I have a strong need to stop In to shop the gift area and eat a great meal. Staff are always kind with a big smile.
Today I'm back to eat at the Siouxfalls restaurant location this place I have history as I was there first customer on the first day they opened the doors many years ago.
So if you're hungry stop in shop and eat your hearts out.
There were 2 tour buses in front of us. But we didn't have to wait very long.
My daughter's chicken tenders were tough and her mashed potatoes were hard. I had the Country Fried Steak, my food was very good. The manager took her food off the bill. The service was good. People were very friendly....

If you like to eat, as I do, you will love this place. There were 6 people in our group with 2 being kids. Service was excellent food just as good. Great kid menu, too much on menu to list, but if it's all as good as the chicken I had I'm sure it's all good.
Amazed, Sioux Fall beat Sioux City on getting a CB and not only the fact stands, it is well kept, food is outstanding in quality and quantity than Council Bluffs and Omaha. Service was well on time and the staff is enjoyable. I definitely want to make this my main CB even though it is quite a drive at times. I definitely recommend for a nice meal anytime here!
We just moved to Sioux Falls and had our first real meal at Cracker Barrel tonight. My parents hadn't been to Cracker Barrel and loved it just as much as me and my husband. Amazing food and Donna was amazing! We will definitely be back!
