Every Friday night for the last 40 years we go to The Bowl for their Friday Night Fish fry. As kids we would bowl while we waited for our table! Then have the best fried perch with great cole slaw and 2 kinds of home made bread. Our whole family and then my whole family and now my children and there families love the Bowl. We recommend it.

Don’t miss the opportunity to dine here. Family operated for many decades. Family friendly. Warm and attentive staff. Best fresh lake perch on this side of heaven! Fantastic Old Fashions and Martinis. I come here every chance I get!

Had dinner with my children because we had planned to bowl after. I was intent on getting the prime rib because it is my favorite & it was on special. Sadly they had run out so I begrudgingly ordered a sirloin (also on special). It was AMAZING! Cooked to perfection, tender & hardly any fat. Was the best meal we had in Door County our whole vacation. Staff were friendly & professional. Only disappointment was not getting a chance to try the prime rib because the rest of it was wonderful. (Also the cheese curds were the best ones we found in the county as well). As an added benefit the kids were able to bowl a game free because we ate there & my game was only $4 including shoes & ball rental. The whole meal for the 2 sirloin dinners, 1 children's meal, appetizer & drinks was around $60 including the tip I left & I tipped 20%. You cannot beat that price for quality of meal & service. This will always be a priority stop on subsequent trips.

I have been going to Sister Bay for more than twenty years and most of the time when eating out, we go to the Bowl for dinner. In all that time we have never had a bad meal. The food is consistently excellent. As we get older, we eat out more and we still always go to the Bowl. We have found great friends there who are unfailingly kind and happy to see us. The service is equally excellent and our most favorite server is Tammy Jo. She is fast, remembers our favorites and always checks to see if we need anything without being overbearing. We are indeed happy to greet Gary, Sharon and of course, Penny. It's a great family that runs a great restaurant!

I love going to the Sister Bay Bowl for the best lake perch in the world. I tell my friends to stop in all the time. I wish I didn't live 4 1/2 hours away so I could eat lake perch everyday. ❤️❤️❤️

Dinner at the sister bay bowl is always the best. The prime rib melts in your mouth. The drinks are great too. Our trips to Door County wouldn't be complete without dinner at the Sister Bay Bowl.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere and very good service. Server was friendly and attentive. Thank you for great service and food. Bowling lanes were very cool. Haven't seen lanes like that in a long time.

Best fried cheese curds. Self-scoring bowling if you’re into that. Great service. We were told it has the best fish fry. Enjoyed the perch. Huge portions.

Sister Bay Bowl is one of the few indoor places for entertainment on a rainy summer day. It was about 1 hr 45 min wait to bowl with our kids. Alrhough it was a long wait, we had pizza and drinks in the little space available. There is a limited menu for the bowling alley. Even though the staff (2 bartenders) were extremely busy, they were helpful, friendly, and extremely attentive to everyone's needs. Great job on a crazy busy day in Sister Bay!

We stayed at Gordon Lodge and restaurant was closed on Monday & Tuesday. Fellow guests recommended Sister Bay Bowl for dinner and we followed their recommendation last evening. What a great experience! Super friendly vibe, bartenders and servers. Cocktails were great as was the Prime Rib as well as the pasta dish. We may go back tonight!

Bar, food, bowling and a classic supper club dining atmosphere. We sat at the bar and ordered the local whitefish, which was delicious! There were several options but the picture is blackened style. My date had corned beef & cabbage daily special, also very good. Meals came with salad & huge dinner rolls with butter Bowling is $20/hour and we got two games plus a few frames for that price. The equipment has not been updated so there is a retro vibe, but it’s fun to keep your own score and use these vintage balls that were probably owned by dead people Overall an excellent date night!

The bowl is the right kind of retro. I highly recommend the surf and turf with the blackened sirloin, by far one of the tastiest steaks I've had in in a restaurant recently. Any of the seafood options for the surf portion are delicious with the perch being a standout, also really enjoyed the scallops.

I order perch baskets every chance I get. They're typically all about the same, that is until I ordered the Sister Bay Bowl perch basket. The fillets were ever so lightly breaded, but we're the meatiest fillets that I have ever enjoyed. The ribeye was flavorful, too - I am convinced that the grill is charcoal.

I went with my boyfriend 2 days in a row. It was fabulous! Very friendly, clean and great vibes. We ordered the perch and the surf and turf. It is the best perch and sirloin I have ever had! We ordered medium rare and it was perfect. The waitresses very attentive and sweet. I would go again no doubt! A must go! Sandra and Bob
