This store is amazing and the staff is second to none! Because of the difference in time from where I’m deployed, I missed the 24-hour prior window for ordering personalized cakes. This meant I was going to miss giving my wife her favorite bday cake :( After I told this to the owner, she offered to drive the cake to my wife herself. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Highly recommend you try their cakes! Thanks again Skokie staff!!!

I placed an order for 3pm and called them letting them know I wasn’t going to make it before they close. They stayed 20minutes after closing time and I was still able to pick up with no problem. If that’s not going above and beyond I don’t know what is... very friendly! Thanks so much!!
