Richmond dunkin has certainly had its ups n downs,I live in a rural area,have for 20 years at the same location.
When this location first got built,I was one of their first customers.
I've skipped 30 other locations to come home to the best,dk why it's so good at this particular one but lately it's right back at the top.
I won't speak about the year is was horrendous,I really believe it's all about the crew and the management working together.
5 star's for the past 6 month's,great job guys&gal's 👏
Dunkin on Madison Ave, across from tractor supply is AWESOME!! The the 3 girls that have been working their during the week have gotten my coffee right EVERYDAY and I dont know the last time that has happened! I just want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the girls (sorry I don't know your names) who make me have a GREAT DAY because you make AMAZING coffees!!
Great customer service! I had an issue yesterday with a cocoa only being like half full. Went in today & they apologized & made me a free drink. Thank you very much! I love the new holiday blend. It’s great with pumpkin flavor. It’s a bit stronger than the regular coffee, which I like! I’m addicted! Lol
